Disappointment

We entered the hotel as 3 girls on 06/12/2025 and the staff named Enes working at the hotel reception spoke to us with no idea how to talk to 3 ladies in front of the attitude and conversation lowered the image of the hotel and we walked out of the room later and had a separate shock when we saw the use of the room, that is, it was a big disappointment to have a room like in caps. Three ladies stayed in the same room there is no toilet door of the room. You entered there is only a bathroom shower door there is a cleaned bathroom, and the number of rooms should have a shower or a shower and closed one in 1 in 3 people in a shower.

I wrote on August 8 air conditioning is not running!!!!!

For one night for business

Located entrance of the city. A small shopping mall is 10 min away with taxi. Hotel is a old hotel, rooms are big enough but need to renovate. Breakfast wasn't tasty and delicious actually.Not has many options.. Has a small gym. Employees were so helpful.

I should have known

We have stayed here many times but I read previous review I made i should not have stayed again it’s actually got worse if that’s possible
When driving back from uk the hotel seemed to be ideal as from Bulgaria to yesiluzumlu is a little too far especially at night
Oh how has the place changed not for the better either
Went for dinner firstly no menu you have to use cube reader second there’s very little choice none of which I will eat the staff in the restaurant were useless so a trip to Aquacity a little down the road for food
By now I’m dreading breakfast as I can imagine what’s coming
The breakfast was dire as expected no meat choices only cheese which I don’t eat ever
As I live in Turkiye I understand things are not as good as used to be but for a 5 star hotel one would expect better
This will defo be the last time here
