The Perfect Family Vacation in Faralya: La Dia
Our stay at La Dia, in that stunning nature of Fethiye Faralia, truly exceeded our expectations. The housekeeping was truly impeccable, with everything shimmering and very spacious. And the breakfast was just a local treat—we ate the freshest of all in peace against that huge sea and nature landscape.
On holidays, it’s usually a “I wish there were this one,” but we didn’t have a single negative, it was all four-quarters. It’s also a great location, and despite the quietness of Faralya, it was incredibly convenient and convenient to get to the Dead Sea and surrounding beaches. It was a blast to be isolated in the heart of nature and easily reach wherever we wanted. I highly recommend Recommendation to all families seeking peace, hygiene, and quality.

Excellent resort in the Valley of the Butterflies
Beautiful resort in the Valley of the Butterflies with a stunning pool and wonderful view.
Mehmet, the manager, is very helpful and assists you with everything from calling a taxi to renting a scooter.
Abundant Turkish breakfast. You sleep very well without heat and mosquitoes.
A place to return to!!!

You absolutely must come! ❤️
My boyfriend and I stayed for 6 nights. A perfect hotel for couples; the Butterfly Valley is at your feet, and having dinner against the sunset was very enjoyable. Mr. Mehmet helped us with everything. We can say that we made our holiday plans with him/her. We can't wait to come back. We would like to thank Mr. Mehmet and the other staff for making our holiday even more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel and location
The hotel was in a beautiful location with stunning views.

TO FLEE, LIE ESTABLISHMENT
Hello,
I pass on my opinion of the hotel La Dia Faralya. We paid 130 € per night (260 € in total) for a room “Deluxe Double with Balcony - Sea View” which, as you will see in the photos above, was unfinished: open door, broken lock, botched paint, protruding nails, no storage, raised doorstep, broken shower, no soundproofing, simple neon light, variations in brightness due to electrical problems, plunging us into the dark randomly. The photos of the room on booking.com were in short more than false. Whether for the room or the hotel as a whole.
All furniture, including mattresses and pillows, clearly comes from discount sites like AliExpress (proof if necessary). So we slept on a mattress worth about 40 €, hard as a board, and on pillows so full of polyester that we woke up with severe pain in the cervicals.
Service has also been deplorable, even intimidating. The managers were threatening, which clearly deterred us from asking directly for a refund on the spot.
To cite just a few examples:
-When we arrived, there was no toilet paper. When we asked discreetly, the manager handed it over to us in front of the whole restaurant, in an ostentatious and nonchalant way, without imagining for a second, bring it to us in the room.
-Same situation with a simple bottle of water requested for the room, billed in “extra” and returned in the same casual and ulcerated tone, always up to us to move.
-Same situation to ask to change pillows, several times for them to be changed, until having to negotiate not to have one but two pillows, seeing once again the exasperation of the staff following our request, who almost threw pillows in our face, again in front of the restaurant, again, it is up to us to move.
-The room was never cleaned during our stay.
-We asked for shower gel, because there was none, we had in return two shampoo. (always in an exasperated way, and it was we who moved, again)
-Every day the parking lot was saturated, making our coming and going to visit the surroundings almost impossible. The day we left, the parking lot was still saturated with half a dozen cars and our vehicle was blocked. To understand, it is important to know that the parking does not resemble the pictures of a spacious place of location, but in reality a place of 100m2 great maximum. When we asked the manager to move cars so that we could leave, he got angry and spoke to us and his colleague in Turkish (knowing that we don’t speak his language), obviously insulting us, because apparently exasperated that we were not able to manoeuvre our car fast enough in this cramped maze of vehicles stuck to each other, in a parking lot accessible only by a very steep and wide climb of barely 2 meters, which we had to take in reverse, unable to turn around in the parking lot, due to congestion. So I offered to do it for us, this gentleman took the key and did the maneuver very aggressively, barely missing to break our car several times, under the blow of anger.
In summary, we paid far too high a price for hosting that was absolutely non-compliant with what was offered on your site, lacking in comfort, dangerous and for an absolutely unacceptable Service.
We do not understand how other people who have stayed here can leave 5 stars, it is simply impossible.
Issuing such an opinion about an establishment is definitely not our custom, but we could not let that go.
