Value for money, pay for what you get
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay at Numa Konaktepe
We had a really enjoyable stay at Numa Konaktepe and would definitely recommend it.
The biggest highlight for us was the animation team, who were absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to Gorkem, who went above and beyond. He wasn’t just great when it came to the entertainment and activities; he was genuinely helpful with anything we needed, including giving us advice and helping us with things in the local area. He really made a difference to our holiday and is a credit to the hotel.
The bar staff were also fantastic – always friendly, welcoming and provided great service.
The food was probably the only area that we felt was fairly average. There was a reasonable choice, but we felt the quality and variety could be improved.
The reception staff were generally helpful, although the level of service did depend a little on who you spoke to. Most were friendly and happy to assist when needed.
Overall, we had a really positive experience at Numa Konaktepe. The friendly atmosphere and particularly the animation and bar teams made our stay memorable. A massive thank you again to Grokem for going that extra mile – we would happily return!

Amazing hotel
It was a great experience and atmosphere. The staff and the food was amazing. Clean hotel and amazing entertainment good vibe and every day party. Definitely I will miss this place but I will comeback next year , thank you for everything Gorkem❤️

Not a bad hotel but needs updating and more clean
Too far out from shops and beach, pool area really cramped and no sun beds because they’re all taken all the time, eating area inside and outside need a good clean, chef who stands there watching was really rude to me one evening, asked to move rooms as our view was the road and an old building, told no.
Plus side was room cleaned every day with fresh towels, enterainment team work really hard and are super friendly, drinks are good except for the lager which was too tangy. Lots of food variety of your a meat eater, struggled a bit being veggie, 2 women on reception, just rude and not accommodating at all. Carpets on rooms floors dirty and thread bare and the lift was filthy
