Best hotel from the Sural Hotels chain
The Sural Garden Hotel rested in September 2025, and for the second time, which is an absolute exception in many years of my husband and I vacation trips to Turkey. However successful the holiday, a two-week stay is enough to thoroughly explore the area, familiarize yourself with the menu of bars and restaurants and climb all the surroundings.
They first went to Sural Garden in August 2022, reading in Tripadvisor reviews that this "threesome" is more comfortable than many "fours and fives". And they didn't miss, liked everything, only Wi-Fi was limited – caught only in the lobby to the reception. But the main plus of Sural Garden is the spacious, as in Spain, sandy beach, which is rare in Turkey. So in 2025, having tried different options, we thought, if you need a quality beach holiday in the velvet season, why not go back to Sural Garden?
The hotel is located 2 km from the village of Čolakly. Manavgat is a 20-minute dolmus ride, and Side can be reached on foot via the promenade that runs along the beach (approx. 9 km). Near the hotel, if you go from the gate right to the intersection, there is a fairly large pharmacy with very attractive compared to the pharmacies of Lara, where we vacationed in April 2025, prices and a small Migros (so, if you only buy nuts).
Sural Garden Hotel has a main 4-storey building where you should get a room and several three-storey villas. The villas, in our opinion, are quite noisy in the evenings and generally not very comfortable - the balconies on the 1st floor are actually on the ground, there is no lift, the corridors are narrow. Besides, going to breakfast and dinner in the main building is not an ice. But in any case, the hotel has only 154 rooms, which means no problems with the sun loungers by the pools (there are two - adult and children with slides and frog) or tables in the restaurant - everyone is enough.
The waiters are very attentive, and at dinner they hand out wine and other drinks at the guests' request. Almost daily in the restaurant decorated tables on the occasion of a personal holiday or jubilee of a guest - an additional plus for the hospitality service.
Food quality: every day fish, meat and poultry, good choice of grilled dishes and pastries. The fruits were presented with freshest tangerines, but alas, "wooden" plums, as well as delicious apples, pears, ripe melons and watermelons. We were probably short of peaches, and fish on the daily menu would like breeds: dorada or sibas. On fish day, though, there's plenty: mussels, shrimp, squid, tuna and humpback in different cooking options.
The rooms and furniture are tired, of course, but there's nothing broken or faulty, all the appliances work. Cleaning and change of towels daily and bed linen once every 3 days. This service is not in every five, but here it is treble. By the way, Wi-Fi in 2025 catches everywhere, including the beach, and yet is absolutely free.
Sural Garden has its own beach and it's odd that it hasn't yet been taken over by a five-star hotel of the same chain next door. Walk from the hotel for no more than 10 minutes along the cute alley, and in front of you is a green lawn with palm trees and a restaurant with a bar, where daily lunches are organized, geslem is prepared and all kinds of drinks are served: coffee, cocktails, beer, etc. And behind the restaurant - a wide sandy shore with a row of deck chairs under awnings, a gentle entrance, a soft wave of crystal clear and a beautiful view of the sparkling sea. No platforms that disfigure the landscape, just endless blue, yachts and boats. We definitely recommend the Sural Garden Hotel.

Shakira's Best Trip
The stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect!
From the first moment we felt an amazing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, varied and fresh. The service was fantastic, smiling, took care of every detail. We met a lot of fantastic
people from the restaurant manager Mr. Murat who took care of us , asked if everything was okay . The bartenders Ahmet, Özkan and the bar captain Osman were great people, there was a lot of great fun laughing and delicious drinks with them. Not forgetting the animators, who provide a lot of great fun. However, with the bar captain Osman, we spent the most time with my boyfriend, he is a wonderful person, he is very nice and helpful, many hours of talking, lots of laughter and souvenir photos.
I highly recommend this hotel is gorgeous, clean, well-kept in an ideal location.
I will definitely come back here again, this place stole my heart, I didn't want to go home.

Better than 3 star.
Booked late after a another booked holiday was cancelled. As it is 3 star and quite inexpensive I was not expecting too much, but I was pleasantly surprised. My room was in good condition, the bed was comfortable, but I would prefer more standard top cover. There was a fridge, and it was stocked with water as required Adequate waedrobe and drawer space. Bathroom had walk in shower, toiletries and hair drier.
There was a TV, which never worked, apparently the hotel did not have a provider, however that was not a problem, I don't watch TV on holiday. Balcony was triangular, with just two small wooden chairs and no table.
Food was generally good, adequate choice at dinner, hot food at breakfast could be better, not much choice, but plenty of pastries etc. You can serve yourself beer, soft drinks and wine at dinner, the white wine I definitely enjoyed, but waiters will bring it if you ask.
Lunch is at the beach restaurant, with a good variety, suited me as I went to the beach every day, except when it rained, and on those days it was in the main restaurant. It is a five to ten minute walk to the beach, so if you prefer to stay at the pool, you have to leave and walk to the beach for lunch, so not ideal for everyone, especially any with mobilty issues.
The beach is good, soft sand, plenty of sunbeds and sunshades., there is a water spots centre, not operated by the hotel, but very convenient. While I was there it was not yet operating, the season had not started.
Hight time entertainment was reasonable considering the hotel was not busy, live music 3 times a week and music or karaoke on other nights. I was the only British guest. most others were German, but there was a good friendly atmosphere. The animation team of Sam, John and Mino were friendly and tried to keep everyone entertained. Bar manager Osman also got involved with the guests, and made sure everone was looked after. Cocktails were well made, unlike in some other hotels I have stayed in.
There are two pools, the main one not very large, a smaller one with two slides, and a kids pool. Ice cream was available here from 3-5 pm, and cakes from 1-5pm.
A downside to the hotel is that to reach the main entrance you have to climb about 15 steps. When I arrived quite late I had to carry my luggage up, there is no ramp, so not suitable for those with mobility isuues, or for families with very young children if using a push chair.
On the whole I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday, the hotel is deserving of a higher rating than 3 stars

An unforgettable holiday
Good afternoon, everyone! Returned from a trip on 30.04.2026, resting with my mother at the Sural Garden Hotel 3*. Mom's been on vacation in all the Sural hotels, I'm only two
Sural Resort 5* and Sural Saray Adults Only 16+ 5* (before renovation) several times. I myself work in tourism and at the Sural Garden Hotel 3* sent many tourists and did not receive a single bad review..I decided to check myself if this is true. I can say unequivocally that the hotel is very good, namely: The grounds, the food is excellent, the staff service is wonderful. If there's a fault in the room, they come and do it. It's all on a high level. The beach, no words, sand, the entrance into the sea is gentle, the wide beach strip, the sunbeds are enough, even in season. Relaxed in early October at Sural Resort 5* and Sural Saray Adults Only 16+ 5* and sunbeds were always enough for everyone. Read the reviews and tourists wrote that the cocked chickens were in the way. We had a view just this side and everything was fine. The number stock is fine, there are flaws, but it's all such a small thing. I want to express my great gratitude to all the employees of this hotel! YOU GUYS ARE GOOD!!!!!

Who get cinnamon
The rooms are always cleaned and the general condition is good. The whole facility is very neat and clear. The bar manager Osman is doing a very good job. The food is very delicious. The hotel is overall very good, clean and the service is excellent. The hotel management is very hospitable and helps where they can, however Sam has asked us for money. I’ve never seen such a greedy person selling everything – nowhere in the world.
