Amazing hotel
We have just returned home from our 3rd stay at the Grand Azur and had the best time once again. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff do their absolute best to make sure you have an amazing time.
The grounds are well looked after, the beach is wonderful and I can’t recommend the jetty daybeds enough.
The food is the best you will have at any all inclusive hotel.
I do have a few suggestion and that is all they are, as having been to other 5 star resorts I think there are a few areas it could be improved to match the price point as it is very expensive.
- Levante - I understand that the hotel tries to make sure that everyone has a chance to eat at the à la carte, I think having 1 visit per week for those staying 10 days or more would be great as is standard in most all inclusive resorts.
- Drinks - I think if you’re paying the price to come here the cocktail/drinks menu needs to be expanded a little more on the all inclusive concept and cocktails should be available at the beach.
Overall another amazing stay at the hotel and I’m sure we’ll be back at some point in the future.

Very good, but not 5*
Currently staying here. Impressions:
- territory: very compact (no need to walk miles to the beach and back) and very clean.
- beach: not big, might be a problem to get a sunbed after 10.00 in peak season. The sunbeds need to be retired.
- rooms: totally fine space-wise, but furniture has seen a lot already and deserved to be updated. In at least one room there's heavy smell of cigarettes as if it was smoking room.
- food and drinks: nothing to complain. Good choice of food, pretty delicious. Drinks are far from being the best, but overall OK if you don't demand Grand Cru level of wine at all inclusive resort.
- service: you never get you room cleaned before 15.00. If you or your kids want to nap or relax in the room after lunch, be ready that the housekeeping will knock on your door even if you switched on the red "do not disturb" light. When you ask them to come in 10 minutes, they will tell you that their working day is over. You call reception and they confirm: you either let the housekeeping now (around 15.30) or your room will be cleaned tomorrow. The only person who really cares is Mohammet from guest relations, but still no compliments offered whatsoever.
Overall: not a 5* experience you expect. There are quite some 5* resorts in Turkey which are on a completely different level. If you've been there once and then come to Grand Azur - be prepared for potential disappointment.
Long story short: very god and solid 4* as of August 2026.

Another wonderful holiday
Another lovely holiday at the grand azur, we love this place the scenery is beautiful, staff are amazing special shout out to Bayram in the restaurant, he really is an asset to the hotel, Vidat and baris in the bar and of course the lovely dogan. Food is delicious. We will see you all again in October.
Not in anyway being negative but the jetty could do with some attention, some of the boards are very loose and feet easily can go through, apart from that we had a lovely day on the day beds

Best hotel holiday to date
Staff excellent very helpful and always wanted to please, Maxine tui rep very informative and friendly .Check - in and check- out no problem very efficient.
Hotel spotless in all areas inside and outside.immaculately clean hallways ,rooms and in all dinning areas great to relax .private beach with bar Beautiful garden areas and pool area built up which is ideal also for sea view and heavenly green landscaped hillsides, Just made us feel so happy and relaxed while sunbathing on loungers .
This hotel has everything you could wish for in a holiday excellent food ,suites ,entertainment programme day and night caint wait to return soon.
Another big thank you to Maxine and all staff at too blue grand azure.
