Wonderful holidays

Overall, our stay from August 7th to August 14th, 2026, was excellent. The resort was intimate and charming. The surroundings were beautiful, with shops within a 10-minute walk if you wanted to shop. It was quiet and peaceful. It took two hours by bus from Dalaman. It's a shame there wasn't a water taxi from Marmaris or Dalaman. The road is very winding, so it's a slow drive. A minor drawback was that to change towels in the room, you had to call the front desk. Room service sometimes replaced them, sometimes didn't. Room service can improve but rooms clean and tidy , I had reserve 2 rooms due lack of free apartments never The less hotel offer me a apartment. The staff had limited English, but it didn't bother us. The food was local Turkish, nothing fancy, but adequate. The pool bar offered pizza, burgers, and fries. The bars open from 9 a.m., with a poor selection of locally sourced alcohol. The problem is the Russians, and it was our last day when the Russians landed and started causing havoc in the dining area and bars, and, worst of all, reserving sunbeds as early as 7 a.m. Fortunately, most of the stay was dominated by a local Turkish clientele, and it was very pleasant.

10 Stars in Turkey!

Probably our best ever family holiday!! The hotel is in the most stunning location, in a gorgeous cove surrounded by mountains and lush countryside. The staff are just amazing especially Yusef and Ali ❤️❤️ and we've never been in such a clean hotel, 10 stars

There better alternatives

Sea is extremely dirty, please refer to the photos.
Poor quality of cocktails, nobody knows how to make any + beverage quality is below average.
Amenity is very old, needs restoration. Aquapark is outdated and quite dirty.
Staff are mostly interns who do not know even basics..
The other reviews are mostly biased.

Paradise!!!!

Honestly the best holiday destination! This was our second time visiting Turunc Resort Hotel and it was even better than the last time. The hotel is set in the ideal location with fantastic facilities and a 5 mins walk into the village! There are plenty of sunbeds surrounding the pools and the beach, so you can choose a different location to mix it up throughout your holiday. The food is delicious with plenty of options for both meat eaters and vegetarians. It is 24h service with different food options available at different times, but there is always something on offer! It has a spa onsite (you pay extra for this) but Mehmet will sort you out with a great deal..the Turkish bath and massage was fantastic! So many plus points to list- foam party on the beach with cocktails and fizz, Turkish themed night, water polo every day at 3pm, friendly animation team and lots of different shows in the evening! However it was the service that really makes this hotel, the staff are so welcoming. Special shout out to Yusuf Dönmez who made sure we always had a drink in hand, even poolside! We can't wait to book again!!!

The hotel I've been wanting to go to!

Many thanks to the receptionist, who knows Russian, for his help in settling in! Thanks to the guys at the beach bar Farid and another Russian-speaking guy for the delicious cocktails! Thanks to the management for keeping the seals off the property! The hotel I've been wanting to go to! You can see from the rooms that the hotel is no longer new, but everything is in working order. The hotel is for those who are not going for chic, but for nature. Located in a bay with a calm sea! Swimming without waves is a pleasure! Around the mountain. The food is fairly uniform, but good. Loved the pool by the beach bar. Within walking distance of the hotel is a bazaar and small supermarkets. There's a lot of upside here, but unfortunately we thought there were downsides. We lived in room 1311 and this is the most disgusting cleaning we've ever seen in any hotel. The maid is a 40+ woman in a headscarf. You could see him coming into the room, folding up the towels he'd already used, changing the foot towel, sometimes taking out the garbage. That's it! You put a blanket on the bed, you can't fix it, you come back in the same state. Didn't even bother to make it right. Like throwing pillows in a pile on a bed, you'll come back to it. You only brought water to your room for three or four days. We thought they didn't bring that water into the room at all, and then bang and a few bottles at once, it's like all the days at once. The truth is, once in 10 days, you could see you cleaned it up. You meet her in the hallway, say hello, she'll look at you and walk by. At least she nodded her head. Now for animation: Animation is children's, it is something unique in this hotel(For the first days of 5 it was not there, because they said that while they make playground it will not be there. On day six, when we approached the animators, they set a time when to bring the baby to the set. They did, and they're not there. They came a few more times, found them not on the court, but in the room playing chess without children. They left the baby with them, 20 minutes later the baby came back and said he wasn't interested. We've never seen animation do anything with kids, except for a mini disco night. Also: Flags hang at the hotel entrance. Question to the hotel management, why is there a Russian flag and no Ukrainian flag??? It would be more accurate to either add Ukrainian or delete Russian. Is it so that this hotel supports aggression???
