PERFECT

The hotel is simply perfect! Everything was wonderful, from the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms to the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool and beach. Furthermore, the hotel's plant diversity is truly magnificent; walking around the hotel gives you the feeling of strolling through a botanical garden. Breakfast, on its own, deserves separate praise. They were truly excellent, both in terms of variety and speed of service. Everything was incredibly fresh, carefully prepared, and delicious. We were particularly impressed that the impeccable service philosophy was reflected in the breakfast as well.
One of my favorite things was this: Those who know, know that the sea at that location is actually very beautiful, but it can be wavy at times. However, thanks to the breakwater they built, they manage to keep the sea quite calm even on the windiest days. It was like swimming in an aquarium, it was truly amazing.
But besides the hotel's own beauty, what will truly make you happy when you go there is definitely the measured attention and care of the staff. They are neither excessively attentive nor completely indifferent. Most importantly, they are extremely professional. They can meticulously note down a detail you mentioned in passing and then present it to you as a thoughtful service when you least expect it. A truly exceptional team has been assembled; the hotel management deserves congratulations.
I don't usually like writing people's names, but I want to make an exception here. Mr. Doğukan's attentiveness, friendly demeanor, solution-oriented approach, and swift action from the front desk were truly key elements that made our stay special and made us feel valued. We extend our deepest gratitude to him for his kindness and thoughtfulness.
However, thanks again to their smiles and sincerity —everyone approaches you with utmost warmth regardless of who you are— from Ms. Sibel from the housekeeping team, her assistants Ms. Ebru and Ms. Gamze, Mr. Charlie and his entire team from the food and beverage team - especially the omelets and eggs made by the blue-eyed chef in the breakfast area, the taste of which is still on our palates. We honestly feel guilty for not learning his name, as we would have liked to thank him separately. I would also like to thank Mr. Yasin, the bellboy who was very helpful and invaluable to us, and the rest of the team whose names we can't remember.
They gave us an unforgettable stay that we never wanted to end.

Please Be Careful Before Paying for Doctor Consultation

The hotel is beautiful and the wellness area is very relaxing. But I want to share one thing that made me uncomfortable.
During the Ayurvedic consultation, I felt there was too much focus on paying extra money for more sessions and online consultations with her after my holiday. I was also encouraged to give extra tips. It did not feel like a normal wellness consultation.
The doctor also spoke about lifelong stress relief, fertility and weight loss. For me, these promises sounded too big, because how can something like this be lifelong? Guests should be careful and ask more questions before paying extra for doctor consultation.
I hope the hotel pays their wellness staff well, so guests never feel any pressure to spend more money after the consultation. Everything should be clear and transparent from the beginning.
This was my personal experience, but I wanted to share it so future guests know what to expect and to beware of their spending.

Not Up To Expectations!

We arrived late at night after driving for almost an hour from Bodrum city along dark roads with very little signage. The journey makes you wonder why the hotel is marketed as a Bodrum property when it is actually quite remote from the town.
The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help, although English is fairly limited. At times, speaking Russian would probably have been more useful.
The property itself is showing its age. The rooms, bed linen, furniture and even many of the beach fixtures could all benefit from a refurbishment. On the positive side, the beach is genuinely lovely, with clean water and a pleasant setting.
What was disappointing was the pricing. Extras such as water sports are surprisingly expensive given both the location and the dated condition of the resort. Having stayed at Marriott properties around the world, this fell well below the standard I have come to expect from the brand.
We had originally booked three nights but decided to shorten our stay to just one. It may suit families looking for a quiet, self-contained resort where they can completely disconnect, but travellers seeking the atmosphere, dining and energy of Bodrum will probably find it too isolated.

Incredible Experience

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Le Méridien Bodrum for making my stay truly unforgettable.
A special thanks to Mr. Doğukan from the Front Office, as well as the entire Bell Team, Buggy Drivers, Housekeeping staff, and Mr. Charlie together with all the waiters and bartenders from the Food & Beverage team.
Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their outstanding hospitality made my vacation absolutely perfect.
Thank you once again to the entire Le Méridien Bodrum team for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming back and look forward to staying with you again.

It I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would.
We got a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa and were genuinely excited. It looked like it was going to be an incredible stay. Unfortunately, it ended up being one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've ever had.
The problems started almost immediately. The showers ran out of hot water, leaving us to take freezing cold showers. We later found out that this is apparently a recurring issue at the hotel.
Throughout our stay, we kept hearing strange noises coming from one of the toilets. At first, we ignored it. Then the bathrooms started to smell, but we still didn't expect what happened next.
On our last night, we hung some of our clothes in the bathroom of a room that hadn't even been used. Later that night, the toilet overflowed with sewage, flooding the bathroom with foul-smelling water containing waste that wasn't ours. Our clothes were soaked and ruined. After reporting it, we learned that this wasn't an isolated incident but a known issue.
Despite everything that went wrong, I want to be clear that this review is not about the staff. Every employee we interacted with was kind, respectful, and genuinely tried to help. The front desk staff were friendly, the Stella team was wonderful, and the buggy drivers were always cheerful and welcoming.
A special thank you to Raahul, who runs the sports center near the cabanas. He was incredibly helpful and professional. Ironically, the concierge never mentioned his business and instead recommended traveling two hours away for similar activities. We only found Raahul because we explored the resort ourselves.
Another disappointment was the dining. The website advertises five restaurants, but during our stay there was effectively only one available. If you love eating pizza and pasta every day, that might be fine, but we expected the variety that was advertised. I NEED ASIAN FOOD
This hotel has great employees and the potential to be amazing, but
management is letting both the staff and guests down. Plumbing issues that result in sewage flooding guest rooms, unreliable hot water, and inaccurate information about dining options are not small inconveniences they are serious problems that need immediate attention.
The people working here deserve praise. Management needs to do better.
