At Casa Solada in Cunda, we missed having tea...
The hotel's location is good, considering it's an all-inclusive hotel in the area.
The cleanliness is good, and the staff's attitude is also good.
The snack bar menu is very limited and scarce. There are very serious organizational errors at the hotel.
You can get pizza, hamburgers, etc. from the snack bar, but there are no drinks.
You get your drinks from one place and your food from another.
It never occurred to anyone to put a beverage cooler in the snack bar.
We missed tea the whole time we stayed at the hotel.
There were very few places where we could drink tea, and where there were, there was often no tea available.
I really miss drinking tea from a glass cup.
It was only at breakfast time, in the dining hall, that we were able to drink tea from glass cups, and even then there were only 20-30 glass cups, if that.
At other hotels, people try to grab sun loungers, but here we tried to grab glass cups :) Glass cups were practically being sold on the black market.
The pastry section had 2-3 types of cookies, and you could only get tea in cardboard cups because they didn't have glass cups there either.
In short, there was no tea served in the dining hall during lunch or dinner.
The food selection was limited and there was too much repetition. The chocolate desserts were delicious.
The Turkish bath was收费 (paid), they asked for 1,200 TL as an entrance fee, so we didn't go in.
It's not a massage or a scrub.
They charged me for a standard Turkish bath experience, and it was the first time I'd ever seen anything like that in a hotel.
There was an animated dart game, and aerobics, but only for women.
The arcade games for children were收费 (paid). There were also billiard rooms, a backgammon room, and a chess room, and they were free. The tips of the billiard cues need to be refurbished.
The sea and pool water were very cold. I don't think June is a suitable time for a beach holiday in the Ayvalık region.
The elevators give the impression of being broken. It wobbles when moving/standing still, which is unsettling.
The cleanliness was good, and the parking area was spacious and convenient.
The sea was beautiful; it didn't get deep immediately. The water park was also adequate and fun.
If I go to Ayvalık again, instead of staying here, I'd rather choose a bed and breakfast hotel and have a more economical and higher-quality holiday with the extra money I'd pay, and I could also swim in different bays and beaches during the day.
I think I mixed up the positive and negative aspects.
I tried to write down everything that came to mind.

The admission by Ms. İrem that she deleted negative reviews about Casa Solada Cunda Resort & Spa is a complete scandal.
I absolutely do not recommend Casa Solada Cunda Resort & SPA. My family and I, a group of 60 people in total, went on holiday to Casa Solada Cunda Resort & SPA, advertised as a 5-star hotel, between June 5th and 8th, having purchased our all-inclusive packages through tatilbudur.com. Although the room rates were already quite high, the service we received definitely did not justify the price. While sitting at the poolside bar with our friends, we asked the staff for soda, but they said they didn't have any. We then tried again at the bar in the lobby, and received the same answer there as well. So, to share the situation with someone in authority, we went to the reception, explained what had happened, and stated that we wanted to speak with a responsible person. Shortly afterwards, Ms. İrem, who was said to be the authorized person, arrived, and we very politely explained the situation to her. Ms. İrem told us that she was having problems with the supplier, which is why there was no soda at the hotel. As the person responsible for the product, this statement was essentially an admission of failure to fulfill their own responsibilities. When we stated that we would exercise our right to complain, which is our most basic right as customers, we were met with an unbelievable response. Ms. İrem stated that the agency belonged to them (I believe she was referring to their agreement with tatilbudur.com) and that this was why they could easily remove negative reviews.

After what we experienced, I would absolutely not recommend Casa Solada Cunda Resort & SPA. We expect a clear explanation and a sincere apology from both the hotel management and especially from Ms. İrem regarding these attitudes and statements. Unless these kinds of approaches change, I believe this hotel will receive many more complaints.
