Good hotel in a secluded area of Samsun.

Generally I don't like hotels in secluded areas of cities, which prevent you from being immediately in the center and in any case from walking. But the organization of our tour (15 people) had the duty to find the most convenient combinations, and this evidently was. So my wife and I adapted to the situation, even considering the fact that we only spent one night here.
Within these limits, the accommodation was satisfactory. The hotel is in an elevated position on the hill, so we could enjoy (even from the window of our room) a beautiful view. Breakfast (included in the package) is then consumed on the top floor, obviously also panoramic.
The lobby is spacious, with ample room for those who want to rest.
Our room was impeccable, as was the bathroom.
In short, apart from the location, no other flaw.

Comfortable

We were very pleased with the view, the cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast, and the friendly and polite attitude of the staff. The rooms are air-conditioned and they make the room very comfortable. It is definitely a facility we will choose again on our next trip. Thanks.

Dirty rooms and leaking washrooms

Unfortunately our stay at this hotel was the worst ever in all of our travels.
We took the The Triple Room with Sea View. The view is good but the room was very dirty, there were spots on the carpet and it was very dirty. The wash room was in an even terrible condition. The hairdryer stand was broken and there was mold on the tub. When I took shower, I found out the tub was leaking profusely and the water was about to go into the room!
We asked the staff to change the room and they did offer us another room.
Unfortunately that other room was also very dirty. We thought of checking out and go to another Hotel but since our stay was for two days so we decided to endure this and complete our stay.
This hotel needs renovation badly.
I definitely will not recommend this to anyone in its current state.

Good hotel good panorama

Hotel location is excelent. Specially for travellers going through blacksea region. Hotel is very clean, rooms are very comfotable. Also price is very good for this hotel with breakfast. You will have breakfast in amazing panoramic terrace.

A good hotel

This hotel has brilliant views and new designed rooms. The very friendly and professional staff is doing everything to make the stay pleasant. I had to wait for my rescheduled flight and they served tea and coffee every hour in the reception.
Breakfast and lunch is very good too. It deserves more then 3 stars. Very good price performance balance. The only downside was that the Panaroma is somewhat located out of the city centre.
