They were generally interested.
We had a wonderful time with our family. There were lots of activities. The staff were smiling; the waiters and bartenders were all very helpful and readily assisted us. They were generally interested. We had a wonderful holiday.

Maximum enjoyment at an affordable price ✌
A great value-for-money hotel. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family without any excesses. Enjoyable animation and entertainment, someone always around to ensure the safety of the children, the friendly faces of all the staff, and Aunt Ayşe's wonderful gözleme (Turkish flatbread) will not disappoint you :)

Royal Atlantis Beach Hotel
Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The positives are: a pleasant hotel for families, the beach is beautiful, there is no shortage of sun loungers, the animation team is friendly and enjoyable, and the service staff, except for one waiter, are respectful and attentive. The kitchen staff were also respectful and helpful. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Room cleaning and the cleanliness of shared toilets are very good. Negative aspects: the rooms are a bit small, the food is mediocre and lacks variety. You shouldn't come with very high expectations regarding the food. Plate and glass cleaning is below average. Finding clean glasses and plates requires effort. The restaurant needs improvement in terms of menu, food, and cleanliness. Many thanks to Ms. Tuğçe for her interest in animation, and to Aunt Ayşe, the gözleme (Turkish flatbread) staff member. Special thanks also to the cleaning staff member, the lady in charge.

Not what I expected!
Unfortunately, our two-week stay at Royal Atlantis Beach Hotel was very disappointing, and we would not recommend this hotel.
The biggest issue was the poor hygiene. The sunbeds on the beach were often dirty, and every morning there was rubbish left on the tables and around the sunbeds. This created a very unpleasant first impression each day.
The entertainment program was weak, especially for families with children. The kids’ club offered very few activities, and the animation team focused mainly on German-speaking guests. Most of the entertainment and announcements were in German, making international guests feel excluded.
The restaurant was poorly air-conditioned, making it uncomfortable to enjoy meals, especially during the hottest hours of the day.
Another concern was the gym. Children were allowed to enter wearing wet swimsuits straight from the pool, which is neither hygienic nor appropriate for a fitness area.
The beach bar frequently ran out of drinks, which is unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort.
Overall, this hotel seems to cater almost exclusively to German guests who speak only their native language. If you don’t speak German, you may feel left out during your stay.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is the wide and long beach and the clean sea. The beach itself is beautiful and offers plenty of space, and the water is clear and pleasant for swimming. Unfortunately, this was not enough to compensate for the many shortcomings we experienced during our stay.
After two weeks, we were genuinely happy to go home. Sadly, we cannot recommend Royal Atlantis Beach Hotel.

Average
Overall, it's an average hotel. Pros: close to the beach, a large beach area, plenty of sunbeds, decent sand, suitable beach for babies and children, very clean toilets on the beach, not overly crowded, a very good clientele profile – a quiet, unassuming family hotel. Reception staff were very good, their approach was customer-focused. The pita bread varieties at the beach restaurant were also decent. Cons: the food was the worst I've ever had in any hotel. I would have preferred less variety and more flavor. In a place like Antalya, even the fruit is tasteless? It was terrible. Room cleaning was average; don't expect a deep clean. The main restaurant staff were indifferent. You have to hunt down a waiter to get a drink. Empty glasses weren't cleared from the tables, resulting in piles of glasses. There were hygiene problems with the glasses. There weren't many food options for babies. A stew served as lamb was clearly turkey. Don't have high expectations regarding the red meat; the meatballs were very tough and tasteless, the ribeye steak might be the toughest meat I've ever eaten, it was inedible, even a knife couldn't cut it. The sea bass and sea bream were very small, and they generally served trout as their main fish offering.
