We loved staying at this hotel. The man at reception was so friendly and obliging even though he did not speak English he was able to translate our conversations. He helped us find the parking and then carried our cases to hotel. The room was very modern and bed very comfy. He even helped us find a great restaurant nearby which was great for dinner. Breakfast on the top floor was very nice with a great view. Would stay here again if in Sinop.

GREAT LOCATION

The location is excellent, right in the center of Sinop, and within walking distance of everything (museums, the castle, the historical prison, various attractions, the square, the waterfront). And the biggest advantage is that it has its own private parking, which is a huge benefit; you'll understand when you see Sinop. The decor and everything else is beautiful, tasteful, and new. It was only a year or two old, apparently. I stayed in the front room overlooking the sea, the view was amazing. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious enough, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Even though the room overlooked the main street, there was no disturbing noise that would keep people awake, despite it being a holiday. I don't know what it will be like in the summer. They changed everything every day, from the bedding to the room slippers. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a sea view; the buffet has a sufficient and delicious variety (I loved their cakes and dill cookies, fresh every morning, apparently they are their own). The hotel's visible face is 3 young men: Kasım, Eray, and Hilmi. These three young people work as receptionists, valets, bellboys, concierges, and customer service representatives—in short, they handle every aspect of the customer's life. Three wonderful people: kind, respectful, friendly, cheerful, sincere, positive, and solution-oriented. When I went, the season hadn't started yet, but you need a car to get to the places where you can swim. I would wholeheartedly and highly recommend staying in the front rooms, especially those overlooking the sea.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially with managing our car in this busy area. Great breakfast room and breakfast.
