Seamless stay

First, we chose this hotel at random.
We were greeted very polite and thank our Ali friend extra. Because they help us with everything. We were very pleased with the room, delicious breakfast treats, and friendly employees.
Although our room has high ceilings, we did not have any heating problems and the floor heating worked great. The hotel''s space is centrally located, and you won''t have any parking problems. A repeat option...

Thanks for everything, you made our trip extra special.

Loved the hotel and the location. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The location was very convenient. A huge thank you to all the staff at Mİsty Cave Hotel. They were terrific, nothing was too much trouble. And a special thank you to the kitchen staff for the amazing breakfasts, easily the best meals I had in Cappadocia.

Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Stay — Flooded Room, No Help, No Accountability

I stayed at this hotel with my family and friends on December 25 and 26, 2025, and unfortunately had a terrible experience. On the second night, one of our rooms developed a water leak. We reported it before going to bed, but the hotel did nothing — they simply told us it was too late to fix and we would have to wait until the next day.
The real nightmare happened early the next morning. When I got out of bed, my foot stepped straight into **cold standing water about 2.5 cm deep**. The entire room was flooded. One of our backpacks was completely soaked, and the items inside — food, medications, medical supplies, and my Kindle — were all damaged.
We reported the situation to the front desk again, and once again **nothing was done**. No assistance, no cleanup, no alternative room, no apology.
We booked through TripAdvisor, and the hotel manager told us we had to file a claim through them. It has now been about two weeks, and **neither TripAdvisor nor Misty Cave Hotel has taken any responsibility**. Both have been silent and have not responded to my claim.
After this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel or booking through TripAdvisor. When something goes wrong, neither party is accountable, and guests are left to deal with the consequences on their own.

Travel in Cappadocia

I stayed at this property with my wife for three days during a group trip. The rooms are really nice, I want to particularly report the staff who prepared breakfast and dinner really smiling and helpful.

Luxury

Top level hotel. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and thoughtful. They have everything to offer. Receptionist Mr. Burak was very attentive. And thank him!
