My Favorite Hotel in Kharkiv

Hotel Nemo in Kharkiv is my favorite place to stay when I visit this city. The hotel location is ideal and I don’t need to find a Gym or SPA when I stay there. In addition, the restaurant and entertainment is excellent.
I must make mention that the customer service by the staff is hay naked this place the best place to stay in Kharkiv.

A 5* wannabe, but they don't know 5* quality or service.

A 5* wannabe, but they don't know 5* quality or service. Standing over someone (using face mask) whilst they eat wanting money!!!
When stated you'd like desert, your told to order, whilst still chewing the main course and 1/2 plate unfinished.
When questioned 'what is ....' a blank look and they ask guest at next table to come over!!

Beyond my expectations

From the moment we walked in to the lobby i was greeted by Victoria, who answered every one of my questions in perfect English and helped me throughout my stay. She always smiled (under her mask). The service at the restaurant and pool was excellent. The staff was gracious, helpful and again, spoke English!
The dolphin/whale show was simply amazing. The best I have ever seen. Better than Sea World, USA!
Our suite was perfect and very clean. Tremendous balcony. I checked out the least expensive rooms and they were amazing value. A room for every budget! Finally, I was thrilled that breakfast was included. Great selection and everything was fresh. We also ate lunch twice and dinner once and were truly pleased with everything we chose.
I look forward to coming back in the near future. Great city, friendly people and a wonderful place to stay...at NEMO!

Was my home for a couple of weeks

I chose this hotel mainly for the gym because I wanted a place to work out while on vacation. The gym did not disappoint! Everything I needed and space to workout. Additionally, this hotel is located in a beautiful park and would be great with a special someone (although I was solo;)) the housekeeping here was outstanding. Very clean! Great massage! The front desk was helpful and I always felt like we could communicate despite the language differences. Ive read some reviews from westerners that said the staff wasnt friendly but I think its just the cultural differences of smiling compared to the west. I have no complaints. The breakfast was great! The hotel bar/restraunt with the skyline view was very enjoyable. I have to say the staff at the restraunt was amazing to me. They are hard working, friendly, and brought me plenty of ice for my drinks ;) (Thank you Boris, Anastasia, Marina and others). Thank you for making this trip memorable! I hope to return to Kharkiv soon and if I do, I would recommend others to stay at Nemo especially if you have kids. The only downside I personally found is laundry. Im not sure what the norm is in Ukraine for hotels offering washing machines and dryers but compared to the west, I did miss that luxury. Sending clothes out to be cleaned is expensive. so handwashing it is. Thank you for a great time and I hope to see you soon!

Nemo Hotel

Stayed in Nemo hotel only one night. Impressed that they have dolphins and basically you can monitor them and see them at any time during the day. Rooms are ok but balcony very small and bed very low, can’t say very comfortable. Bathroom has interesting system as well, not very big inside. This hotel might be very interesting to stay in the summer period.
