Quiet near park

It was quiet when I visited. Friendly staff, clean place and well maintained. Has a shelter. Breakfast was the usual buffet and good tea/coffee. It's about 10 minutes walk across the park to town.

Nice hotel in a great location (and both bomb shelter)

Very nice stay for a work seminar. The hotel overlooks a beautiful park, with an easy 15-20 minute walk to old town, Lviv. We stayed there because they have a bomb shelter in the basement for the almost daily (while we were there) missile or drone attacks on the city. I like how the “siren” to signal the attacks is a woman telling us to take cover and not an actual siren.
The room is comfortable, but basic. The bed was hard, but comfortable. I struggled to figure out the lighting, as the switches seemed to need to be in a particular configuration to make everything work. The bathroom and shower were good. I especially liked the heated towel rack. My only suggestion for the room would be to have an electric tea kettle.
Breakfasts were great. They serve a wide variety of vegetable, meats, cheeses, cereal, and fruits. The other meals were okay, but not quite as good as the breakfast.
I recommend this hotel. The people are kind, hospitable, and professional.

Very good

A very comfortable hotel in a good location, nice restaurant and bar, rooms are clean and well equipped. Good view from the rooms. Breakfast offers a wide selection of dishes, freshly served. Staff is very helpful.

Liar hotel

I stayed here 2 nights, As a Premier club member I was offered one free night for my birthday, The offer had included a free gift from the hotel for your birthday. At check in I booked a suite the front desk said I had a regular room with 2 beds. They apparently found my suite later. Which is funny because you never get a free upgrade when its a mistake. I asked the front desk about my free birthday gift they said I would get it in the morning. Morning comes and I was told my birthday is not today but in February? Makes no sense I know when my birthday is and the front desk made me come with my passport again to verify. The manager said ill get my "gift" soon. I waited all day nothing. I asked for a shaving kit and never got it even. When asking for housekeeping I had to call 4 times waited 7 hrs for someone to clean my room. When checking out the front desk lady when asking why I never got my birthday gift from the hotel she said they dont offer it anymore? Why would 4 other staff and manager say I would get something and even get an email from the hotel directly stating it makes no sense. This hotel is advertising false info. Not that I care about a gift but dont offer something you cant commit to.

Best choice in Lviv

There are hundreds of hotel in Lviv and I’ve stayed in many of them. As of the moment I tried Dnister for the first time I never thought of choosing another hotel. Whatever the reason you go to Lviv - business or family trip it’s perfect for both. Location is nice, service is always on the high level. View from the panoramic bar on the top floor is amazing.
This hotel is strongly recommended.
