Good Value
Yes, It's old and the lobby and stairs are in desperate need of upgrade, TV is not a flat-screen one etc, but the room itself was large and very clean. Hot water and good shower pressure 24/7. I stayed for 3 nights and would certainly stay again.

My shocking experience
At first, the very building wasn't very attractive. It seemed to be really old. However, I'm not the person who judges the book by its cover. Moreover, the hotel was situated not far from the center( about 15-20 minutes on foot), so I was eager to enter the hotel and get the key from my room.
I don't remember the stock, where the room that I've got was situated, but it was rather high. The good thing was that the elevator was in good condition. However, when I entered my room I became disappointed. The room didn't have different amenities, but the price was not really high, so I tried to remain optimistic. Moreover, what was great in the room -the view from the balcony. I really enjoyed staying there and observing the stadium and green trees.
However, the negative thing was the bathroom: there wasn't hot water, we could only take shower on the ground floor. Furthermore, even the supply with cold water was limited. When we returned to our rooms very late (after 11 p.m.), we couldn't even wash our hands!
And as for me, the most horrible thing was that there was terribly cold to sleep. We travelled in the end of April and the weather was quite good, but the building was really cold and even covering with 2 woolen blankets didn't help us to feel better.
Hopefully, we stayed there only for a night, but I don't want to return there again.
However, I am a resilient optimistic person, so I look forward to hearing about this hotel's changes for the better.

О чистом постельном белье тут явно не слышали!
Заехали в сезон,когда был ажиотаж на гостинницы и особо выбора не было за такую цену.
Нам нужно было только переночевать, поэтому особых требований не предъявляли.
НО грязные полотенца и постельное белье, это конечно из ряда вон.
Их просто не меняли после прошлых жильцов, на простынях крошки на подушках клоки волос , всё в следах бурной ночи , на полотенцах тоже следы биологических выделений и тушь! Это ужас! Неужели хозяева отеля и служба уборки готовы опуститься на столько , ради экономии на стирки постельного! Кстати постельное полностью синтетическое и на нем не видны измятости.
Кухни нет, возле рецепшн стоит микроволновая печь и пара грязных тарелок , 2 вилки и 1 ложка!
В номере правда есть электро чайник,хоть за это спасибо.
Штор на окнах нет, приходилось завешивать окно полотенцами.
Туалет и душ в номере, но при таком уровне уборке ими тоже пользоваться не безопасно.
Вообщем, все, кто хочет пожить в антисанитарии
и получить в подарок возможность подцепить какую нибудь заразу - милости прошу в ЗЛАТА МОТЕЛЬ!
Из плюсов- было относительно не шумно, но когда кто- то моется в соседнем номере , такое ощущение что это происходит прямо перед тобой.
Отдаленность от центра около 1.5 км пешком добираться нормально, но маршрут на любителя (смотрите карту)

Die Ausstattung hat sich zwar sein Sowjet-Zeiten kaum geändert, aber wer ein paar Abstriche in punko Komfort machen kann wird mit heuzutage nur noch selten zu findenem Flair belohnt!
Das Personal ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit (ein dickes DANKESCHÖN an dieser Stelle an Maria!), spricht zwar nur ukrainisch und russisch, aber da helfen Zeichensprache und google translator :-)
Kostenfreies WLAN gibt es übrigens in der Lobby und auf den Etagen bei den Fahrstühlen, Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber die Verpflegung sollte in der kulinarischen Hauptstadt der Ukraine ja kein Problem sein...
Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für Lviv unschlagbar!
Wir denken gerne an unseren Aufenthalt zurück und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
