Good hotel
Good hotel, standard room of the network, very good location, close to the rambla and not very far from the central area of the city.
It has a restaurant with delicious dishes for the price similar to the other restaurants in the city.
The breakfast was $12 per person and I thought it wasn’t worth the price for what was offered.
He has a bicycle rental at the hotel entrance, but only accepted cash payment.

Clean and comfortable hotel!Excellent location!
Simple hotel, very clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast café $12 per day and per person, if not included in the daily. Excellent location in front of the rambla and close to many tourist attractions in the center of the city allowing you to travel on foot enjoying the city, the local culture or even taking public transport, as it works very well in the city.

Dishonest description of hotel amenities
I specified that I needed wheelchair accessible room (my 32-year-old son) and we were assigned the one that is supposedly adapted. It's a tease, a tease. Once you enter the room with the chair there is no possibility to move in it. We couldn’t get into the bathroom so I had to lift my son every chance he had to use it, we had to go out in reverse because there was no room to maneuver. I told the manager my displeasure and he just shrugged. He offered no apology or compensation for ruining our stay.

Respecto a sus observaciones, nos gustaría comunicarle que nuestras instalaciones están homologadas y certificada por los entes públicos correspondientes, cumpliendo con las normativas vigentes para el alojamiento de Personas con Movilidad Reducida.
Puede ser que en este caso, nosotros no hayamos sido la mejor opción, es por ello que, en su momento, al manifestarnos su disconformidad, nuestro gerente de habitaciones le ofreció alternativas para intentar solucionar el inconveniente. Entendemos y respetamos su decisión de haber optado por permanecer en la habitación originalmente asignada.
Nuestra filosofía de servicio es estar siempre predispuestos, escuchar y ayudar en todo lo que esté a nuestro alcance para asegurar el confort de quienes nos eligen. Lamentamos profundamente no haber estado a la altura de sus necesidades concretas en esta oportunidad. Asimismo, tomamos nota de su comentario sobre el ingreso al hotel para revisarlo internamente y evaluar oportunidades de mejora.
Quedamos a su entera disposición ante cualquier otra consulta.

Staff was incredible. Room was clean, but not in great condition. Lots of mold in the bathroom that had been painted over, so it was coming back, and the door trim was falling off. TV also didn't work....bed was comfy tho

Good rates, nice location
I have stayed at several Ibis hotels around the world. This one is located in the waterfont, in an area full of family sports activities.
The entire staff are very nice, and many speak very good english.
I found the rooms a bit spartan, but very clean. One of the two elevators was out of service, at peak times there was a bit of a wait.
On the excellent side, the food was spectacular. Breakfast buffet was more than expected. The lunch and dinner menu were full and the food was awesome.
Overall, a very good stay.
