I like it.

It is a nice hotel, the staff is very friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. The air was gone. Breakfast is separate, maybe for the price would put more variety of things. I had a lot of cake types. Price quality makes it come back.

Nice neighborhood, the hotel not so much

3-star hotel(not 4 as listed in some search engines), very basic. Please check out at 12 am and the nice neighborhood where it is located, near the rambla and restaurants.
Lack of cleaning, elementary attention, the mattress has already completed its cycle.
Breakfast and parking at extra cost (few carports)
There is no availability to order a bottle of water or coffee.
We wouldn't come back.

Avoid this hotel - dirty bed sheets with hair and blood stains.

Avoid this place since it is not what it is advertised to be.
They advertised it here as a four-star, but in reality, it is a two-star.
The room was dirty, and the bed sheets had blood and food stains. There was even hair in the bed sheets and on the pillow.
I stayed only the first night due to the fact that it was already close to midnight.
I requested a refund, but I didn't get any response from them even after a week of checkout.

Air conditioning does not work, they take the order without saying anything and they tell you when you arrive at the hotel.

The hotel manager takes reservations and when you get to the lobby they tell you, we want to let you know that the air conditioning does not work, when you talk to the manager, a certain Javier who by the way I found out is the manager of another hotel in La Barra tells you that He did not know at the time of making the reservation anything that corroborates and it is not true, he very shamelessly tells you that you can go to another hotel, a shame. While in the lobby I saw the same thing happen to several people. lack of seriousness and honesty.

Lousy. I would not go back. I don't even recommend it.

Firstly, upon entering the room, the bathroom had hair on the floor.
The bedroom carpet smells of damp.
It does not have a garage, being an area where it is very difficult to park.
Breakfast is not included, no one notices it, in the elevator there is a sign referring to it but it does not say that it is not included, which is misleading. In addition to being very basic and bad, with very little variety of products, hard and old puddings, artificial juice, poor quality ham, when you leave they charge you 10 USD per person for breakfast, very expensive for such bad service.
I would not return, nor do I recommend it.
And finally, they do not provide an invoice, unless you ask.
