Vynikající. Každý den jsme se toho od našich průvodců tolik naučili. Naši průvodci byli tak přívětiví, připravení odpovědět na naše otázky a radit v restauracích atd. Řidiči i průvodci byli vždy včas, vlaky byly včas a příjemné. Děkujeme vám @planyoursholiday za uspořádání nezapomenutelné dovolené pro nás.

Terrible restaurant

Today we stayed at this hotel. Breakfast was nightmarish, the food on the table for more than 10 days, soft buns turned to dry.The most hurtful thing my children ate boiled eggs and told him smelly that eventually it turned out they were rotten!Who is responsible, who will prevent this?But alas there was no one and the administration!

Tour of Uzbekistan 2018

On September 24, my family trip with my husband was over and we came from Bukhara to Tashkent. We had time before the flight and we decided to take a walk in the capital. We had a lot of things, we decided to take a room in a hotel to take a shower, relax. The taxi driver advised us this hotel. In appearance, the hotel is not cheap, which means good. At the reception we were met by the receptionist. We explained the situation. He offered us to move into a room without registration. For us it was extremely strange. My husband would not pay attention to this if our son would not have a hotel in his homeland. It is not nice to know that your employees are stealing income from you before our eyes. We left for the airport and waited for our flight in the waiting room. I advise the director of this hotel to monitor their employees.

No frills, unpretentious hotel that does the job.

Although the hotel isn't centrally located in the city of Tashkent this shouldn’t deter travellers from choosing the hotel owing to the abundance of cheap and reliable taxis. The charm of this hotel is that it isn’t overloaded with Western guests and it’s interesting to rub shoulders with guests from other parts of the country and Asia. Staff are pleasant, willing and amiable and choice at breakfast is wide and plentiful. The downside is the poor internet connection. There's a disco/club not from the hotel, but the pop music (when I stayed)generally ceased around 10.30/11pm so it wasn’t a nuisance. Good standard of cleanliness and comfortable bed.If you’re on a budget this hotel gives value for money and won’t break the bank.

Awful hotel

Avoid this place like the plague. It is a dreadful hotel, gloomy, rooms with air conditioning not working, fridges not working, door lock replaced with an impossible to use key. Breakfast abysmal, constantly running out of coffee and clueless staff,. The bar in Reception is a sad and dismal place but that's OK because it is NEVER open. The location is out of the way, too so there are absolutely no reasons for you to visit it. I was booked in on a tour hence the repeat visits otherwise I would not have gone back.
