First stay:
- No air conditioner remote control
→ It took an incredibly long time just to bring it
- Incomplete amenities, no body soap
- Told the washing machine was broken and directed to the laundry at the adjacent shopping mall, but it didn't exist. Other places didn't offer services like washing underwear, and even a normal load of laundry took 3 hours.
I had messaged them beforehand about the washing machine, but received no reply.
Second stay:
- No bath mat, which was present during the first stay
- Terrible smell from the refrigerator
- Cannot pay the tourist tax by credit card
- No shower nozzle, water doesn't flow from either the sink or shower, water doesn't come out properly from the sink
- No "do not disturb" sign, so I was woken up by cleaning staff knocking.

Convenient for access to the metro at Milly Bog and backs onto Magic City.

Modern business hotel in Tashkent
Reception staffed 24 hours a day, helped us at night in calling a taxi for 4 people. This was also the reason why we chose the hotel as we had to leave the hotel very early because of our departure.
Metro station within walking distance.
