Already returned a number of times whenever I am working in Basingstoke.
Stayed from Jan 2015, when on business and plan to stay again.

Didn't get to find out! Booking option withdrawn
Pauline asked me to email to confirm my booking details however having got all the information they wanted, I decided to ring back instead at which point they told me they wanted to withdraw the option and that I should have emailed as they requested, not rung!
They had made their decision during my first telephone conversation but didn't have the professionalism to tell me instead leaving me to waste valuable time during what was a crisis for me and my family. Shockingly poorly service. Made worse by their decision being based on confusing and conflicting information; they said their recommendation was not a suitable alternative yet they had the details of my request from the onset!! Why did they change their mind? Was it because I told them on the phone about the age and mobility of my mother? Which should not have been a factor in their decision making....? I met all of the requirements set out.
I wrote to complain, gave them 3 working days notice and not even an apology. Hence my review.

To clear up and response to your feedback... the booking option was withdrawn as we had rented/booked the apartment elsewhere via an online booking service before we had a chance to confirm your requested booking. We did explain this in an email and over the telephone and I can understand your disappointment.
However, I do not think this poor review is justified considering we were always happy to help and it was just a shame that the apartment was booked online before you had a chance to complete your booking.
