My husband and I stayed for one night as a birthday treat, and we had a lovely stay! The staff were really helpful and always in hand, the food was lovely (great evening meal and breakfast). The spa was great too. There were a couple of niggles; paying for parking, the 6th floor signature lounge was disappointing and could be so much better with better access to the balcony, comfortable seating etc, the shower soaked the bathroom floor, but was easy to clean up with the towels, Rafters restaurant was hot and stuffy. Overall though, it was a relaxing break with everything you would need and so much more. Rooms large and comfortable. I would definitely go back.

Rooms spacious and clean. Service of staff has gone doen hill since we last stayed. Parking expensive for overnight guests.

The whole resort felt old. Carpets are threadbare, dripping water from the ceiling in the bar a general feel of the whole place just feels as I said old.
Room was mediocre at best, AC although showed functionality did not work.
Breakfast - poor , although lots of staff no real service.
25 pounds to park as a hotel guest - REALLY!!
On a plus note the new Sona restaurant was very good.

Just returned after a night stay here. Disappointed on check in as wrong room allocated which was then sorted, however room had the most awful view of a concrete pillar over the entrance. Room was not clean at all and neither were glass tables on hallway corridors leading to room. Merlin’s bar staff took a long time to acknowledge and get drinks ordered. Forum pool great!

Lovely place to stay, we had a lovely night celebrating our anniversary with food and drinks and the room was fantastic the only bad bit was some of the pool staff in the morning could just be a bit more respectfully towards the adults in the adult only area.but apart from that I would come again.
