The friendliest Premier Inn around!

Without doubt the friendliest Premier Inn we have ever stayed at.
Stayed two nights as part of a weekend attending our son’s passing out parade at Sandhurst.
Needed an early start on Saturday. Was told by the night manager that breakfast started at 7am. However, the wonderful SUE, having looked at bookings, knew there would be lots of folks needing an early start. So, after getting management approval she took it upon herself to fully prepare breakfast from 6:30am. Brilliant service!!!
Not only that she was warm, friendly and interested in what we were doing that weekend.
Upon returning mid afternoon she was there to greet us with a smile and a lovely chat about how the parade had gone.
All the staff we interacted with also had the same warmth towards guests but SUE was an absolute role model who made our weekend even more special! Thank you!!

Great service

We had a lovely stay at Camberley Permier Inn, the staff was lovely and the service was great, thank you to Chris and Maria for the beautiful service!

Waiting to exchange so stayed here

Staff fantastic nothing was to much of a trouble. Manager was always smiling and happy to help with anything you needed.
We will be staying again for another week in July.

Celebration

Manager Chris was exceptional, my partner and I celebrated our graduation of our nursing degree and our engagement. He was very complimentary and gifted us with a bottle of processo. It’s rare you find individual in customer service.

Warm welcome and excellent discovery

We were staying with friends right next to the hotel, and they recommended us to come and have breakfast. It was a very nice discovery.
We particularly appreciated the warm atmosphere of the place and the kindness and hospitality of the staff.
A special thank you to Oksana at the front desk, who kindly informed us that breakfast was offered for the children — much appreciated attention.
The person in charge of the breakfast was also very friendly and welcoming.
We had a great time and keep a very good memory of this visit.
