Great stay as usual even though it was busy our stay was excellent as usual
Room was clean , bottles of water and biscuits were a nice touch
Air conditioning worked well especially as it was warm outside
Staff were very friendly and efficient
Breakfast was good as always with a good selection

Clean, Comfortable and Very Dog Friendly

We had a very comfortable stay and found the accommodation to be exceptionally clean throughout. It was a welcoming place to relax, and we really appreciated how dog-friendly it was. A lovely touch was the little bag of treats provided for our dog, which made us feel that our four-legged companion was just as welcome as we were.
The only area that could be improved was the food served in the on-site restaurant, particularly the breakfast, which was a little disappointing and didn't quite meet our expectations.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return, especially if travelling with our dog.

A great place to stay exceptional service

Great place to stay central reception staff are fantastic especially Olivia makes you feel at home and is so helpful. There is another olive who runs the bar who is also very professional. This is a great place to stay

Serious security concerns

This was one of the most frightening hotel experiences my family has ever had.
After locking ourselves into our adjoining rooms for the night, a complete stranger entered our room using a key card issued by reception. They explained they had been given a key because she believed her partner was staying in our room number.
Although the hotel apologised and agreed not to charge us, what we discovered afterwards was even more alarming. We tested both room doors with a member of staff present and found that our guest key cards could still open the doors even when the internal deadbolts were engaged. There was also no security chain or other physical lock. There is no way of actually securing your room reliably. We did not sleep at all that night.
I have registered a formal complaint and await the hotels response but until additional security locks are provided and the hotels security policy is updated I cannot recommend that anyone stay here. I find it quite shocking due to the recent case at Travelodge that any hotel would not have robust security. It raises wider questions on security in the Accor hotel group. Avoid

The bedroom didn't seem as though it had been cleaned in months, even the kettle was very dusty. I was bitten by bed bugs and took a photo of my bites and also what looked like the shells of bed bugs according to AI. I reported it to the receptionist on leaving who said they would get someone in to look at the room. He sent me an email the following day and said no bed bugs or mites had been found! I was refunded money for my stay. The downstairs of the hotel was clean, staff were polite, and the security lift very good.
