JUNE 2024 STAY AT ALL SEASONS

We have stayed many times at All Seasons Boutique and always found it our 'happy place'. We last stayed in June 2024 for a couple of nights. During our stay I was scalded by a very temperamental shower in our room which I reported to management with little concern/acknowledgement if I am honest. Back in June 2024 it was clear that finances/sustainability were an issue and we felt that standards had 'slipped'.
It's a great shame to hear that All Seasons has closed - it had massive potential and I am really sorry to hear that customers have made bookings of late and have then not been able to access them due to closure.

Terrible, no customer service and no apology.

We had booked this B&B for two nights (received a booking confirmation). When we arrived the place was in darkness! We rang the doorbell but received no response, so we telephoned instead. Again no reply. We left two voice messages confirming our name, booking number and telephone number. We have still not heard from the owners! After a very long journey this was terrible service but we were very lucky to find an alternative hotel to stay at. Would never book to stay there again.

Open plan bathroom in Hazel room not ideal for us - rest was 5 stars

The warm welcome, decor, quality linens and food were all excellent and deserve 4-5 stars
the only reason I have marked down my rating is the open plan toilet set up in our room - Hazel Holt - this was unexpected and a little uncomfortable
Perhaps a heavy velvet curtain could be added?
The roll top bath in the bedroom is lovely but more privacy required for the WC

NOT a hotel!

Please stop advertising this B&B as a hotel, it isn't! Good for a guest house, comfortable bed. Cleanliness needs looking at, loads of dust on top of the wardrobe, dead insects on every window sill I looked at, massive cobwebs in the lighting in the breakfast room.
Very very overpriced for what is offered.
Lovely hosts, good breakfast, just isn't what it's advertised to be.
