Avoid

Booked a family room for my daughters and granddaughter the photos that they took in the 3/4 hours they were there are awful they ended up leaving very late at night to drive 2 hours with a 7 year old
The staff were friendly and really tried to help but the housekeeping really lets the place down with dust inches thick, mould growing on walls filthy shower curtains, cobwebs on the walls and even the last guests socks just casually laid out on the floor, we booked this place because we thought it might be a step up from a travel lodge but we wish we just saved our money

The place needs to be introduced to a paint brush. TV didn't work. Asked twice in three days to clean my room, never happened. I could hear the toilet habits of the next room. Water faucet need looking at

We had an enjoyable time staying here.
A pit stop on the way to another venue.
Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
The sauna and steam room were excellent.
The staff very pleasant, helpful and smiley.
We didn’t try any food here as we went out.
Would stay here again.

Shower curtain needs to be changed, washed or new one... mould on the bottom
Room comfortable
Spa facilities lovely shame not all jacuzzi and jets working but relaxing time
Shame other guests ruined stay with loud shouting, kids knocking on our room door and running up and down the corridors
During night and early morning.
