Calm & Charm!

Super service! Thanks to ALL the Team at PI Gravesend. We Stayed two nights and great Evening and Breakfast meals. Great Housekeeping too! Slept well as well! Thank you!

The staff deserve medals.

We were greeted by Kate at reception, she was friendly, helpful and efficient. It was evident there was a staffing problem as some rooms had to be swapped to "finished ones " to accomodate guests arriving. The team on today deserve a medal. To work in this heat getting rooms ready while keeping cheerful is no mean feat, especially if short of staff. Kate and the staff working this afternoon are an asset to Premier Inn. Our room is clean and just what we booked.

nice hotel for a stop over

We stopped here overnight during a trip and also booked the Meal Deal (dinner and breakfast). It was our first time here and we were initially surprised when turning onto the site (the remains of the old hotel building)… to our relief, the new hotel building is located just behind it.
The room was clean and quiet, and you don’t hear anything from the busy road nearby. Both the dinner and the English breakfast were good, and the staff at reception as well as in the restaurant were friendly.
We would choose this hotel again as a stopover on future trips. It is conveniently located close to the A2 (e.g. for Dartford Crossing or Folkestone/Dover).

Great stay

Although the premier inn initially seems to be in a strange location it was located perfectly and was modern and clean. Breakfast was great. Clo and Charlotte were very helpful.

Niece room, welcoming staff, worst showers ever

We stayed in Plus room, as did our son. The staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms were very nice, quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately the water pressure in both showers was really bad, with the water just trickling out. It is disappointing to read in previous reviews today that this seems to have been a recurring problem.
