It was a great experience for me & my family on Thursday 30/07
The dinner was amazing with grill salmon meditarian ..wowwwww…the taste & everything was top notch

Worst experience

We arrived at the hotel around 10pm for a 2 night stay to find there were no rooms available at the hotel. We were then offered an accessibility room and after entering the room it was already occupied. We were then offered a complementary upgrade room club room on the 4th floor with a coffee machine but told we would need to check out from the room at 11am. The coffee machine did not work, the room was a health risk with damp walls and the window was full of condensation. (See pics). The room was being refurbished the next day along with the whole floor.
Once we arrived to reception to checkout we were offered a complimentary coffee as we had to wait for a room to become available.
We were then given a club room on the second floor where there was scaffolding and workmen right outside our room. It was very noisy and we didn’t manage to get any rest.
As a good will gesture we were offered a late check out.
This has to be the worse hotel stay I have ever experienced. Do not stay here. When I booked a 2 night stay it was to allow us to sleep in the next day without disruption but unfortunately this was not the case and the stay was overall a very disappointing experience.

Visit for wedding

The room was clean and tidy. The Gym was amazing and very advanced Technogym.
The toilet wasn't clean, which was disappointing.

Fantastic event

We have recently had our annual conference at the Village Hotel Solihull, we have been using this venue for several years now and always have a great experience. Everything is spot on, great conference suite, great food, lovely staff and the rooms are really modern and comfortable. Lot's of finishing touches which made our event really special and a great success, would highly recommend.

Drink at thd village

Only went for a drink in the bar, the Staff were very nice and friendly especially Tamara and Barbara. Thankyou.
