Outstanding stay

Quite simply, Dewars is up there with the best UK hotels we have stayed in . The staff are wonderful, food delicious, decor and attention to detail is impeccable and our every need catered for.
We spent 3 nights at the wonderful Dewars with large group of friends and family. The communication before the event was second to none with Lynda. The first night we requested a barbecue and given that the hotel has close links to flamingo land decided to have a flamingo and pink themed party. I could not believe it when we arrived in their beautiful restaurant and gardens .. Without asking, only mentioning our theme on the phone, Stuart and the staff had made the most beautiful Balloon arch in the pretty gardens with feathers and flamingos on all the tables. The barbecue was delicious with so much variety.
A few members of the party had mobility issues but the layout of the rooms around the pool situated close to parking made it easy for them.
The following day we had a wonderful time around the lovely pool area . Breakfast was second to none with and the drinks were fab - we certainly made the most of the 2 for 1 cocktails !!!
My son loves rollercoasters and is an aspiring engineer. Stuart and the team organised for him to meet the engineers at the park and see a little of behind the scenes…. this really made his year. !!!
They arranged for the footy to be played in the hotel bar on the third night and we had a great meal in the restaurant from the main menu.
This hotel would be an unbelievable wedding or party venue and we will all without doubt be back. Thankyou Dewars, and to your delightful team from Lynda and Stuart, the girls and boys in the restaurant/bar and the lovely cleaning ladies.. well done all and thankyou for making this trip so special for us allxx

Lovely modern hotel which is very welcoming. Breakfast is excellent. Pool is warm and has good EV charging facilities.

How all hotels should be run like.

Just brilliant. Can’t compliment this places enough. Lovely staff setting, decor, food & service.
Feels home run but with the polish of a 5 star. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back.

Wonderful room and location.

The room was perfect: it had everything, hooks, plugs, good towels, shelves, drawers, hangers, two arm-chairs etc...nothing missing. Likewise splendid bathroom. Very peaceful. Lovely warm pool, great location. Great breakfast and the hosts did everything to please: even went and got some plain yoghurt for the missus. Just go elsewhere for your evening meal, that's not up to standard, hence 4 stars .

Great roast beef

Wonderful Sunday lunch . We came with mother in law and I wasn’t sure how she would manage but it was fantastic. Team as always really lovely and the best roast beef for miles around. Thanks for a great day
