Relax outdoors with spectacular views

The only negative things were due to heat, no aircon and wasn't offered a fan in our room.
There was a wedding on so some staffing areas under more pressure and therefore non wedding residents had to wait longer to be served in bar areas.

Hotel is very nice but website and booking very misleading.. photos and name suggests spa facilities available for all but hotel guests do not get use of the spa and is actually an addition (which we were totally unaware of). When trying to add the spa to the booking, we were told it was fully booked!!
The whole point of a spa resort is to be able to have a spa and relaxing day, if it was made more clear, we would have just booked a standard B&B which would have been a fraction of the cost!
We did mention this to staff, but they weren't interested and just got fobbed off.
Not welcoming at all, and not helpful or interested.. not be staying here again for sure!

Lovely resort and welcoming staff

We had a brilliant time, the staff were welcoming from start to finish.
The spa was fantastic and the food amazing.

Low Wood Bay resort can be better

Low Wood Bay resort can be better Promoted, the staff need to explain to customers (international) more on the facilities & activities, Spa , water sport center , hiking …..
One member of the reception team ( I don’t recall her name ) on Wednesday 15 July morning shift she was nice, helped us to keep our staff stored in safe place, I wish the cruises stops at hotel that will make it fantastic location

Wonderful Hotel and Staff

Absolutely wonderful place to stay.
We stayed for two nights and the staff were amazing.
A big thank you too: Debbie, Stacey, Allister, Justine, Anne and Lauren.
Wonderful service.
The only disappointment was the cost to visit the spa of £70.00 per day per person.
We only wanted to go and have a look so we decided not to bother.
Apart from that I would thoroughly recommend.
