Amazing

Had been gifted accommodation and afternoon tea and really enjoyed our time here Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even let us park the car before checking in. Evening meal was amazing the room comfortable and clean and breakfast also amazing
Afternoon tea was also stunning
We will definitely return and look forward to using the Spa didn’t get time on this visit

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Wild Pheasant. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Clare.
Lovely setting just out of Llangollen but only a 15 minute walk into town
Great breakfast - continental buffet and you could order a hot breakfast. These are made to order and the staff were very obliging of our requests.
Our room was spacious and clean.
The only downside was that there was no air conditioning (but this was expected)
Plenty of free car parking.
Would definitely recommend!!

CLAIRE Needs a Bonus!

The hotel was lovely and our stay was great. The servers in the bar on Monday night (?) were attentive and delightful.
I would like to give a big shout out to CLAIRE, our breakfast server. Her bright and friendly demeanor on Wednesday made our stay exceptionally pleasant, which was in contrast to the not-so-friendly server from Tuesday morning (not naming names). The food was the same, but the smiles made the difference!

Great experience

Staff so friendly, especially Jordan. Looked after the dog in the warm weather. All very polite and hardworking. Didn’t eat but a few cold beers in the garden . Perfect. Thanks guys . See you next year

Loved the hotel and the staff were fantastic. Also very nice touch with the freezer at reception allowing the guests to grab complimentary ice lollies and ice whenever they needed it in this current heat wave.
The only slight niggle I had was the extra £10 charge to use the swimming pool which could do with a bit of a spruce up. The hotel is wonderful though and will definitely stay again but probably wouldn’t bother with the Spa. The town is also beautiful so the hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy all the local amenities.
