excellant location , hotel is ok for the price we paid. bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. the only issue was the dust under the bed and the dining table. was

A true survival adventure

If you are looking for a survival experience in London, this is your place.
As soon as we entered, we began to wonder if we had booked an apartment or the set of a low-budget horror movie. The cracks in the ceiling seemed to have more history than the Tower of London. The floor had raised pieces, the furniture was begging for retirement, and the microwave was so rusty that it looked like it had survived the Titanic.
The wires were going on an excursion along the walls, the bed felt like it had seen several generations of tourists, and the bathroom mirror was so deteriorated that it looked like a portal to the past.
The only thing that worked wonderfully was the location. Everything else needed quite a bit of love... or a complete renovation.
I would not return even if they offered me another night for free. If the apartment received the same maintenance as Big Ben, it would be a great place. In the meantime, it is better to look for another option.

Horrible! Stay away!

I remind the booking portals to check who leaks the photos of the facilities.
The photos of the room on the portals are not true.
It 'was a horrible structure not to be disclosed in the portals of booking travel, hotels and more. The room booked was small, nothing worked apart from heating and water for washing. The bathroom was so small that the sink present was so small that not a single hand would fit. We washed in the kitchen sink. I don't comment on the rest because it would be useless. The sorry we have pay so much to get nothing. Forget about this facility, stay away!

Very bad

This B&B in London is, without exaggeration, the worst place I have ever stayed. My birthday weekend — our first ever trip to London — was completely ruined by the sheer incompetence, neglect, and disrespect shown by this establishment.I booked well in advance, yet when we arrived, we were casually told our room “wasn’t ready” because it needed maintenance. No warning, no courtesy, no apology. Instead, we were shoved into a filthy, unsafe room that wasn’t even prepared. Despite clearly explaining my disability, they still put us on the third floor with no lift. The room had a hole in the window, a broken toilet seat, and a TV that didn’t work. It felt like they hadn’t bothered to maintain anything for months.We held onto hope that the proper room the next day would be better. Instead, they tried to move us to the fourth floor. Only after my husband complained did they reluctantly offer a room on the first floor — and even that wasn’t clean because the previous guest had just left. We left our luggage so they could place it inside once cleaned, and when we returned later, one of our bags was missing. We eventually found it dumped outside like rubbish.The new room was just as disgraceful: no working shower, a broken bathroom window covered with a shower curtain, and yet another TV that didn’t work. For a place in Kensington, this level of neglect is shocking. I cried that night out of pure frustration and disappointment. What should have been a special birthday weekend turned into a stressful, upsetting ordeal.To top it all off, when we checked out, there wasn’t even a staff member present. Just a sign telling guests to leave their key. No accountability. No apology. No basic respect.This B&B is an absolute disgrace. It ruined our weekend, treated us appallingly, and provided rooms that were unsafe, dirty, and completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even for one night. Avoid it at all costs.

I would like to say this place was absolutely disgusting. The staff was rude. I’m hoping there’s an area where I can put pictures because we checked out after the second night with four nights remaining. We showed them the mold, the broken toilet, the broken window, the urinated on mattresses and they still felt it was OK.
