I’ve become a regular at ARK, and it has honestly reached the point where the staff recognise me whenever I arrive — and I have to say, it’s such a wonderful feeling to be acknowledged and remembered.
There’s something special about receiving that familiar welcome and knowing that the team genuinely remembers you. It makes every visit feel that little bit more personal and creates a real sense of comfort and familiarity.
A special thank you to the ARK reception team for always being so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Your warmth and professionalism never go unnoticed, and it’s those little interactions that make me enjoy coming back time and time again.
Thank you for making me feel valued as a returning guest. Keep up the amazing work — it really does make a difference! ❤️✨

A bit sparse of atmosphere disappointed that my room was quite small when a colleague stayed close by for £50 less and a room 3 times the size. It was a suitable room however.

I introduced my friend to this hotel for the first time, and she absolutely loved it! She especially enjoyed the pool and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt clean, welcoming and well maintained, making it a really enjoyable stay.
The only minor downside she mentioned was that the bathroom area in the Classic Studio felt a little too small for her liking. However, despite this, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
From the facilities and cleanliness to the atmosphere and service, everything was great. My friend had a lovely time and I’m so glad she enjoyed her first experience here.
Overall, it’s a 10/10 from us — we’d definitely recommend it and would happily return! 🌴✨

Kitchen: nothing is offer ! No plate no bowl ! We had requested for a pot, they mentioned they only have a pan. The description is very misleading. The hair dyer is very torn. The fan is dusty. Mattress is torn, ie very soft. Nil support when sleeping.
DLR nearby, very noisy

Only stayed the one night so was fine. But for the area and price it’s not worth it. When paying that much for somewhere in canary warf you expect a bit of luxury or at least what you’re shown in pictures. That was not the case. Pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is, it’s tiny. The shower door was broken when I entered my room I told staff and I was told maintenance would come check it out and they never did.
The check in process was brutal, took ages as organisation was shocking. I was told about the cool services and activities they had such as golf simulation and a cinema, only to then be told that night when I tried to enter them, it was for members only, as this is also an apartment complex where people live.
The room again, was tiny. Not half as big as I was shown in pictures and is definitely one of the poorer accommodations in the area. Would’ve rathered the premier inn close by as at least the room would’ve been of decent size.
Again, my review is only as nice because the area is good and I only spent the one night. But never again. Not worth the money. Save yourself the pressure and spend a little more on the Hilton or even a premier inn.
