Great relaxing hotel with spa and gym
Booked a standard double room. On check in staff where lovely and all checked in within a few mins. My room was on the 1st floor so no view except the busy road but i wasn't there for a view and windows are fully soundproof so could not hear anything outside. Room was spotless lovely bed and bedding. Tea coffee making facilities small fridge. Bathroom had soaps and products to use nice fluffy towels. Also had air con/heating nice big tv. I had a nice afternoon using the heated indoor pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Then ate in the restaurant in the evening and ate a fabulous curry. The waiter was brilliant did not get his name but short with a man bun. Very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again and perfect location for all terminals at Heathrow as directly opposite Hatton cross tube station.

outside windows were very dirty and needed cleaning. TV - does not allow you to see what is on the TV, you just have to channel surf, volume is set at 22 for the highest, which is not very high and struggled to hear the TV.
Stayed 5 nights, and room was not hoovered or the bathroom floor brushed the whole time. Kettle in the room leaks when filled up

Cafe food very over priced though ,I cannot comment on restraunt as I did not use during my stay.One cheese and pickle sandwich 8 pounds !! Not the best sandwich either .Rooms great ,service good would still stay again but would not est there
