Jurys for Witchfest

Had an excellent two night stay for the Witchfest weekend. Excellent value for money and the breakfast was gorgeous. We will definitely be back, the hotel is very well placed for the town and for rail access. I will consider staying here for all future London trips.

For a Peaceful Stay

Good and clean Serviced Apartment.
Friendly staff
Had a peaceful stay. Good collection of utensils in the kitchen with an electric cooker.
Avoid room on Top most floor if you visit in summer or if you would love some ventilation as the windows are tiny and there was barely any ventilation. There was a table fan in the room which was handy for one room.

nice apartment but with few equipment

We went to Fairfield Apartments for a London City Trip. We stayed two nights in Croydon - it's a very quick connection to the City Centre. The apartment was clean and nice and it had enough space for a family with two kids. But a big problem for us was to find enough plates and forks to prepare the meals. So if you come, bring your own dishes and cutleries. ;-)

2nd time round

This is the 2nd time we have satyed at the apartments. It is an excelent location just 15 minute train ride from the heart of London. The apartment had all the things we needed for our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay in London independently and free from Hotel accommodation limitations. We will definately be staying there again.

Mother and baby

I requested a ground floor apartment. I was told via email that this was arranged for me. This was important to me as I was travelling alone with a baby and a buggy. When I arrived I was told that I had the top floor apartment. No lifts. I explained about the email confirmation from the apartment manager stating clearly that I would have a ground floor apartment. The manager saw the email but said something along the lines of "yes, we told you that you would have a ground floor apartment but you don't ". He said that the system had over-rided everything and pushed my booking to another apartment. I didn't receive a genuine apology. If I was told straight up that I wouldn't have had a ground floor apartment then I wouldn't have made the booking.
