Terrible experience

I stayed here for 6 nights and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My booking included towels, toiletries, tea and coffee, but on arrival I was given only one towel, a single small shower gel/shampoo, and three teabags and coffee sachets. Despite repeated requests, nothing was replenished except for one small towel.
The service schedule was not made clear to me. I was told towels were changed every two days and cleaning every three days, but even on the scheduled service day my linen was not replaced — I found an earring I had lost earlier in the week inside the bed, confirming the sheets had been remade rather than changed.
Food I stored in the fridge was frozen solid the next morning, the oven door was misaligned, the fridge door was rusty, and the hallway leading to my room was dusty. Tea bags I bought myself were also removed from the room without explanation.
Although the toilet bowl itself was clean, the outside of the toilet was historically dirty. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not serviced to an acceptable standard.
I raised these issues with the property and later with Booking.com, but no satisfactory resolution was offered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Misrepresented online - pokey and dirty. With very dodgy electrics...

The photos on Booking.com misrepresent what you get. The 'apartment' was filthy in many parts, crammed with old furniture/appliances - and MOST IMPORTANTLY THE ELECTRICS ARE DANGEROUS (plugs hanging from walls, fitted next to the sink, etc). AVOID!

Avoid This Place at All Costs

I had an absolutely awful experience staying here. For £203 per night, I was shocked to find a dirty, poorly maintained basement room. Everything was broken, the place reeked of cigarettes and dampness, and there was no heating at all—completely unacceptable given the price. To make matters worse, I discovered something disgusting left in the freezer, which added to the unbearable smell. Blood on the walls and no fire alarms. Disgusting and unsafe.
The overall condition of this place is disgraceful. It’s clear there’s no care or effort to provide a livable environment for the guests. This is by far the worst place I’ve stayed in London, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Don’t stay here

Disgustingly dirty. The room didn’t look anything like the listing. The drain was clogged and bathroom was filthy. There were cords everywhere with frayed wiring and no smoke alarm, so unsafe. Although it’s cheap, not worth the uncomfortable and dirtiness

Not as it says on the tin!

Putting a dining table and chairs as well as a corner sofa (not in any corner) of a room doesn't make it an apartment. I leave this review here since the site where I booked it have just sent me an email thanking me for my review which i did not write. I was in the cellar and the room was adequate for my simple needs though it dod not refect the photographs on the booking website. There was no mobile phone reception. Damp! Damp! Damp! The smell was unbearable, particularly in the bathroom when sitting on the toilet I'd get splashed by a leak above my head. Shower pressure was good, but be prepared to flush half a dozen times. I had asked for a late check out which was given free of charge and without hesitation.
