The hotel is in a good location in Enfield
I stayed at Holtwhites Hotel in Enfield. I had felt welcomed by staff when I first arrived at the hotel. The staff member was friendly and openly wanting to have a short conversation. I had got given some paper work to sign when arriving to check into the hotel. ID is checked when checked into the hotel. I had a spacious room and it had a nice vibe to the room. The room had a sticky star note paper with pen to write down words of wisdom to add to there community board from people all from around the world. The shower room had been a good size and everything working nicely. The room had been provided with towels and bath mat. The room had a good working kettle with herbal teas, hot chocolate and some coffee with biscuits. The desk seat that was provided in the room had been quite hazardous as the legs of chair had been slipping around on the floor of the room and the chair had been close to breaking apart. The service I had received was great and I would return to the hotel again in Enfield.

Perfect hotel for our trip to Spurs ground.
Lovely hotel. Very nice, friendly and helpful reception staff. Room suited us. It was very clean. Great that you get tea/coffee making facilities in the room ( inc biscuits).. we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for telling us about the Indian restaurant thats over the road.. mmmmmm delicious food!

Used as a base for concerts at Tottenham stadium
Good hotel for the purpose of concerts at Tottenham stadium, 10m by train. Reception staff welcoming, polite and helpful. Found our room more than adequate, clean and tidy with a reasonable size bathroom.

Pleasant guest experience
We visited holtwhites for a overnight stay as we were in town for a large boxing event. Special thanks to Andrew, who was most pleasant and extremely helpful , advising us of local transport options, and also allowing early check in to enable us to attend the event without rushing around. He is certainly a credit to the hotel, and due to this we would certainly stay again. However as echoed in other reviews, noise levels in a morning are less than desirable, but bearable. You get what you pay for here.

Disappointing Stay with Basic Amenities Lacking
Our experience at this accommodation was far from satisfactory. There was no drinking water available on-site, and when we inquired, we were advised to get some from a shop across the street. Unfortunately, when we ventured out at 11 PM, we found that no shops were open. Providing at least a 500ml bottle of water or even offering them for sale would have been a reasonable solution.
Additionally, the location is extremely noisy due to its position on a main road, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. Our room was in the attic/loft area, which had a very low ceiling, requiring constant caution to avoid hitting our heads.
The bathroom was poorly designed, with a sink so small that washing hands properly was a challenge. To make matters worse, no basic toiletries such as soap or shampoo were provided.
Overall, the lack of essential amenities and the discomfort of the stay make it impossible to recommend this accommodation.

Thank you for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated. With all respect, our rooms have drinking tap water. Additionally, we do sell water in reception as you remarked would be a good feature. However on this occasion we were sold out. There is an "Off-Licence" located right across the road from the property, and they close between the hours of 11:00-11:30pm, so you may have just missed it. We would recommend buying anything before those late hours of the evening as it is not uncommon for shops to be closed at that time. In regards to the size of the room and bathroom, you had booked a "Cosy Room" which is a small double for a lower rate, implied by the room name "Cosy". If you wanted a larger room, you should have booked a double room. All of our bathrooms are stocked with soap and shampoo in the dispensers which are checked daily. So I am finding it difficult to understand where this was not provided. If you were not happy with your room or any other of these issues, you should've let our reception know, who are there 24/7 to resolve any guest issues. Alongside others, we provide 24-hour service for this very reason.

Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests under the age of 18 has to be accompanied by an adult. Please note that smoking is not permitted throughout this property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 100 in cleaning costs. Guests that wish to pay for their reservation in cash are required to pay a GBP 100 deposit on arrival.
