Lovely apartment building situated in a quiet area not far from Kensington high street and just 1 minute walk to train which is 1 stop to shepherds bush tube, very convenient. Next door to 2 very well stocked convenience stores. Communication was excellent leading up to our stay, prompt, friendly and very helpful. Offered to get our room ready a few hours early so we didn't have to take cases into centre with us. We were greeted by a wonderful smiley, friendly guy who let us in, showed us around and explained everything in detail. Apartment was exactly like the pictures and clean. Lots of fantastic amenities. Shower was hot and decent power. WiFi was good. Massive fridge/freezer. Comfy beds. Area felt safe and local shop keepers were friendly and helpful. Its a good walk to the main busy area of Kensington but we preferred to be in a quieter bit and for around £5 we ubered to shops, or around 20 min walk. For london we felt this apartment is good value. Thankyou for a lovely stay

The check in process let this property down. We were asked to phone when 20 minutes away, we done this and someone was sent to meet us at the property - 40 mins later they still had not arrived (we were just left stood outside in the heat waiting). We called back and with a quick ID verification check were given the entry instructions to the property. In our view this could have been given to us on arrival saving both time and stress! Noone arrived to meet us but we didn't actually need them too!
The apartment itself was good. It was hot but there was an aircon unit which helped. The fridge smelt a bit of mould but none was obviously visible, other than this the property was clean. Tea, coffee would have been appreciated but there is a shop literally under the apartment which had everything you could need. Wifi is good.
The apartment is 1 minute away from Olympia and the Olympia overground train station. We walked from Shepherds bush underground this took about 15 mins.
The bedrooms were a good size and the apartment gave us a nice place to sleep. We did not use any kitchen facilities or anything. The property does have a lift, which was great for a top floor stay! :-)

The property stole my clothes. After numerous complaints they were returned wet and dumped on the couch.
Attempts to fix the washer so I could clean the clothes were not helpful at all. I’d be asked for my availability and always told that didn’t work could I wait in the middle of the day.
The point of my vacation is not to wait around for a repair man.
The agreed to a morning window and the person came 25 minutes late as we were leaving. Apparently he has no concept of traffic.
Property did not understand what a kitchen towel was and expects guests to clean up spills w toilet paper.
Parts of the property are filthy.
At check in I was asked a lot of inappropriate personal questions.
The doors don’t have proper stoppers on them so banging 24/7 when anyone goes in or out.
Windows don’t have guards on them which is probably illegal.
Calls to complain are routed through Eastern Europe and the customer service people don’t know how to trouble shoot.
