Excellent service and very respectful.
They helped organise and refund me, so I was able to go to a hotel with a lift.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. On arrival, I found the room was not in an acceptable condition. The carpet was dirty, with visible stains throughout, and there were hairs left behind, giving the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned or hoovered before my arrival.
I immediately contacted the owners to raise my concerns and tried several times to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the communication from the owners was extremely poor. Despite sending multiple messages while trying to get assistance, I received no response until after I had already left the property.
Because of the condition of the room and the lack of support, I was forced to find alternative accommodation at short notice. This resulted in additional expense, including having to pay for another place to stay outside the city and the cost of a taxi back into the city, as other accommodation was already booked up.
If you have any issues with your room during your stay, be aware that, based on my experience, you may not receive a timely response or resolution. The lack of communication made an already disappointing situation even worse.
I gave the owners the opportunity to address my concerns directly before writing this review. I have photographs showing the condition of the room and would strongly advise future guests to carefully consider this accommodation before booking.

Terrible
Bed wasn’t made when we got in,sheets were dirty. Carpet was dirty. Toilet water wouldn’t stop running. Don’t recommend.

Definitely stay away
I made a reservation, but by mistake I booked a place near Oxford Street instead of the city of Oxford. It was a partially refundable reservation. As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted them.
However, they kept my money and refused to refund my £74. They also took hours to respond to me. This shows that if you have an urgent issue, you may not be able to find anyone to deal with it.
It is best to stay away from businesses that do not care about customer satisfaction and see service only as a way to make money. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Luckily, I had taken screenshots; otherwise, they would probably have taken the rest of my money as well.
At one point, they even blocked my cancellation option. Later, I managed to cancel it from another computer. However, they still charged me for the first night, even though my check-in time had not arrived yet, and they probably sold the room to someone else.
