Hreat experience
The experience wws fantastic . The rooms were large & clean, Location is really convenient and Ms Pushtra the reception lady was absolutely fantastic a true professional as Im work in the Hotel industry I can really appreciate what she’s done for us and other customers that I saw great job, will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location and a lovely property overall. However, we rated our experience as average for several reasons.
First of all, the room did not match the photos of the one we had booked. The bedroom did not have the large glass window shown in the pictures, but only a regular window. We had specifically chosen that room among the available options because of that feature, so this was quite disappointing.
Another major issue was the air conditioning. We were informed that it was not working in our room and that we would need to use a fan instead. When we arrived, temperatures were around 39°C (102°F), and the fan was simply not sufficient. In fact, we struggled during our stay because of the excessive heat, and at times it was extremely uncomfortable.
The listing also mentioned a clothes dryer, but it was not available for our use. Similarly, although coffee was provided, we were unable to make it because the coffee machine was not accessible.
Overall, considering that we spent around €1,000 for four nights, I would probably have chosen to stay elsewhere given these inconveniences. The air conditioning issue, in particular, had a significant impact on our stay, as it sometimes felt almost impossible to breathe comfortably in the room.
That being said, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Five stars go to the young woman who checked us in and explained everything in great detail. She was friendly, professional, and always smiling. She also allowed us to leave our luggage at the property on the day of check-out so that we could do some last minute shopping without having to carry two 20 kg suitcases and our backpacks around the city. We greatly appreciated this gesture, especially since there was no dedicated luggage storage area and the bags remained unattended.
If we decide to stay here again in the future, I would first make sure that everything is exactly as advertised and fully functional. Thank you very much, and I sincerely hope you can improve these small issues, as they can make a big difference for guests who expect to receive what they paid for, especially considering the price.
