Perfect stay

Mr.Mamur and all Other staff were very friendly. Appartements are very clean and well equipped.staff gave us a quiet room. We will come back Dr.Schwaiger, Austria

Terrible Apartment

They are terrible with Attitude from the receptions staffs Especially a white guy and one Indian Lady.
They don't clean the rooms except once a week and if you want them to clean everyday it's 30£ and to do your laundry is 15£ a day.
And they even tried taking the money from my card Twice.
There are better places around to stay and way less cheaper.
They are a reap off and so much noise at the Place from other Guest.

As a serviced apartment, we provide housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis. We understand this may differ from a traditional hotel service.
Regarding laundry, each apartment is equipped with a washing machine, allowing guests to do their own laundry at their convenience. There is no daily laundry charge for using the in-apartment facilities.
We would also like to clarify the concern regarding your payment card. As explained earlier, no additional payments were taken. A standard pre-authorization was obtained at check-in, which is a temporary hold used to guarantee incidental charges. This hold was automatically released upon your departure in accordance with your bank's processing times.
Finally, we are sorry to hear that noise from other guests affected your stay. While we do our best to remind all guests to respect our quiet hours, we recognize that this can occasionally impact the guest experience.

Worst housing experience of my life

This was the worst experience of my life - no exaggeration. The safety of this building is subpar - from parties being thrown in the lobby at night to the noise being unmoderated throughout the day. My driver upon drop off told me not to leave the apartment alone under any conditions and the front desk further emphasized this. Do. Not. Stay. Here. I would have rather stayed in a car - probably would have felt safer.

If you want space to move around, look no further

I had a great four day stay here. My studio was huge! Anyone who has rented budget conscious rooms in London knows, the rooms can be so small you cannot walk in them Here, I had a long hallway leading to the front door and bathroom, a nice sized living area with a kitchen. There is a washing machine and even a drying rack for clothes. I was there during a heat wave, and a large fan was provided and was needed. I wish there had been a walk in shower instead of a super high bathtub, but I dealt with it (maybe they have shower rooms, next time I will ask.) Also I screwed up and accidentally turned off the refrigerator and had to throw all my food out - the front desk could do a better job explaining the breaker system and to be sure not to turn that one off. In general, the front desk staff were really great though, always a hello and a smile, they are to be commended for this. Travelers need to be realistic in the price/quality ratio here - this is not a gorgeous London mews apartment. It is in a busy commercial area. Perfect for some, but for anyone looking for quaint should look elsewhere. I will return for sure.

Spotless, comfortable apartment in a great location, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and in a great location close to the Tube and restaurants. I had booked a one-bedroom apartment, and the staff kindly helped speed up the check-in process by upgrading me to a two-bedroom apartment. Very friendly service and a great stay.
