Best stay
The stay here is very awfull the staff is really good and rooms are quite spacious and pool is also awesome near to metro and easy for cooking .the staff haseeb and chandra were very good in assisting us thanks team for wonderful service

HORRIBLE PLACE! robbing you from your money!
One would be absolutely insane to stay even for an hour in this garbage, I left this place within 1 hour, and they won't refund me my money back, It is so disgusting that anyone with any awareness of hygiene cannot stay for a minute here, the toilet is shared and in a miserable condition, as if it has been cleaned for years, the room they gave me was 4 X 10 feet,.. absolutely horrible and roof above it could fall down anytime, there was a huge crack from one side of the wall, the crack goes into the roof and reaches the other side of the wall, it was dangerous, I left it immediately, and the smell in that place, my gosh! absolutely pathetic ! NEVER GO THERE EVER! see the photos for yourself!

Scam!
I am on booking.com and as I book a lot through them I receive once in while promonotial booking for low price.
It was a day when it was very busy in London and I couldn't make booking early in a day but suddenly noticed promorional booking for this property ( as it was new property on booking).
I thought I'll give it a try.
I made a booking g and received a confirmation. I comuted there all the way from central London. When I got there there was a note nobody's there and I had to call a number...I was surprised as I have given my arrival timing on booking as well. I called and rand for more then half an hour when suddenly a girl has opened the door out if the blue ( she was all that time inside!)
Then she told me to wait in the reception. I could see she has no idea about my booki g so I already became worried. Then she gave me the mobile phone where there was her manager ( may I add she barly spoke any English. ) telling me in a very rude way that the booki g was a mistake on booking com ( no it wasn't.. I saw many booking like that before. I am on there since ar least 4 years now.) And I have to pay a regular price which was 70£!!. I normally booked hostels or hotel rooms if onpromotionad I travel a lot for work. I tried to explain to him that ire eived a confirmation and I spent lots of time and money travelling to his place ( very dirty street, suspicious area, the building g looked awful) buy he didn't want to listen and just dismissed me straight away. On booking.com he cancelled my booking immediately after talking g to me and informed then he offered me un upgrade which he never did.
People like that should not work in London.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE
First of all, let's talk about the weirdo that supposedly was the recepcionist/cleaning man/security guard??? (since there were no other employees in the entire hotel), he was so creepy all the time with me, he would ask me personal questions, where I was from, about my family, etc. The room that I paid for looked TOTALLY DIFFERENT in the picture on the internet. The one that I stayed in was sooooo small, DIRTY, FULL OF SPIDERS, the bathroom was HORRIBLE, the windows were DIRTY and it was soooo cold at night inside the room and in the morning it was SOOO HOT. Because guess what.. there WAS NO VENTILATION ANYWHERE!!!!
There was a door in my room that if you opened it, it lead you into the CREEPIEST DRUGS/CLOTHES/DUST GARDEN.
I found out that the garden's fences were broken and you could see every kind of stuff that can cross your mind, it was a kind of abandoned house that had an old bike thrown on the floor, dipers, USED CONDOMS, etc. Inside the garden there were women's clothes on the floor, a belt, drugs (nitrous oxide), little bags of marihuana and all kind of other disgusting stuff.
At night I felt a presence, like if someone was looking at me through the window.
Fisrt time I saw the room I told the weird man that I didn't want to stay there, because that wasn't the room that I booked on the internet, so he told me to go with him upstairs to see a different one. By the time we got there I felt so weird, something was not going well at all. He told me he could stay there with me and I just freaked out, I just wanted to get out of there. Thankfully, nothing happened and I just went quickly into my room. I couldn't sleep the whole one and a half days I spent there (because I had to leave this horror of a hotel). There weren't any kind of security cameras either.
I have plenty of pictures to show all of you guys how that place really looks. After this experience I can say to all of you NEVER believe anything you see on internet.
When I arrived there weren't any kind of lights in the streets. The place more than a 3-star hotel it looked in real life like a horror house. The place smells like DEAD. After I got out of there I googled the place and it said that on that same neighborhood a lot of robberies and murders had taken place. If you think I'm lying, go on google and look it up.
Oh, I almost forgot, that man told me that in the past that place had problems with the police because supposedly there were ilegal drugs, but that "it wasn't true".
I really don't know what is true or not, but I've never had an experience like this in my life, I really thought I was living a horror movie in real life. God saved my life during those days, sending me protection from heaven. Thank god I got out of there alive. Thank you, thank you Jesus Christ.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
If you can avoid this place, please do! Firstly, the man rang us from early in the afternoon rushing us and asking what time we’re coming. When we arrived, he was fine with us, but one person from our group was in a room by herself, and when he showed her the room he was asking if she was alone and smiling which made her feel uncomfortable.
We then asked for an iron and ironing board and he said it’s in the hallway and we can use it. About 10 mins into ironing, he knocked on the door and said to be careful with the iron and don’t put it on the floor as somebody burnt the carpet before, we said okay; we weren’t stupid to do something like that. Two other members of our group were in the room at that time too, and they noticed the burn on the carpet and thought that was what he was talking about when he said someone previously burnt it.
When we woke up in the morning and was going to check out, he checked the room which me and my partner were staying BEFORE he checked us out and he called us back to look at something. We went back to the room and he showed us a iron burn on the carpet and started accusing us of burning the carpet. He “claimed” the carpet was put in two days ago, and it obviously wasn’t, also, the burn was there when we got to the room! We are not stupid to put the iron on the floor, this was obviously premeditated as he told us that somebody previously burnt it. He was talking to us very disrespectfully and starting saying ‘you already know what you did’, he then started searching the bins, lifting the bed and pulling it apart to search for evidence. How can we drop an iron on carpet and the iron not have nothing on it?! And even if we were to clean it off, how are we going to do that? There is nothing in the room to scrub it off! He kept saying that he changed the carpet two days ago and nobody has stayed in it since and calling us liars. He then switched from accusing my partner, to accusing me, and i never even used the iron.
I feel this was premeditated and we were targeted from when we arrived. The accommodation needs a lot of work and isn’t up to standard, but you get what you pay for.
