A perfect home for our London escape! Geny is great!

This is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and yet be close to the transportation of London. Geny is an excellent front desk hostess - she is polite, efficient and makes your stay perfect! Her welcome when we arrived was like a welcome home and that is exactly how we felt at Native Hyde Park! AAAAA+++++

We never received the message to be able to check in. We messaged the host many times through many different means with no response until after 5 pm and we had been stuck frantically looking for a place to stay. After we found another place for the two nights, the host reached out with the information for access. When I explained the situation and requested a refund, they refused to refund but one day as “you can stay the last night in the property if you wish,” as if I would have had any idea upfront that they were ever going to respond. They continued to refuse to refund the last night. Numa’s process is too unpredictable and risky. I would avoid it.

NYE in the middle of London

it was an very good experience , the apartment as advertised , in the heart of London.
bed and linen was crispy clean , kitchen with all utensils needed.

Excellent apartment in Mayfair

Excellent apartment in Mayfair, Premium 1 bedroom. It's the second time we've been and will always be back. The apartment is in the best place 3 blocks from Oxford street full of restaurants nearby, pharmacy, Marks & Spencer and Selfridges to buy food, and all shopping very close. This time we noticed that some things are missing in the kitchen to be able to cook there, such as knives to peel cut etc some larger saucepan a pan, etc, but the rest is perfect. It's well maintained and Constantine was the PERFECT landlady! The best is the space the brightness and lack of noise in that place!
