Perfect for family

We had a great stay at Novotel London Excel! The staff is very considerate - a special thanks to Giovanni and Fasee for their kindness - and the room was very clean and practical.
The hotel is located very close to Custom House station, which enables you to get easily to downtown London in about 30-40 minutes only.
Many thanks to the whole staff!

Great service

Service provided was exceptional.
FAZIHA went out of her way to help my wife to get the correct replacement by fetching the item herself from the stand.
She was so polite and helpful and true asset o your company.
Definitely a service with a big smile.
Wishing FAZIHA a prospect future.

Great for visiting events at the Excel

Great hotel if your visiting the Excel and great connections to the rest of London with the Elizabeth Line and DLR with Custom House Station and the Cable Cars to the O2 just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were great, room was clean and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Only complaints are they didn't do a dinner menu in the night only takeaway options were available which was a bit of a letdown.

Nice hotel, everything we needed for our trip, good location for Central London as right next to the tube station and easy to navigate to all landmarks. Room was not the room I had booked initially, it was changed but not a great start. Room was clean and tidy but had to ask on 3 occasions for my son’s sofa bed to be made up. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.
