We’ve done A LOT of travelling around the world and this is one of the best if not the best city hotel we’ve been to. We literally couldn’t fault a single thing. From check in, to the room amenities, turn down service, the bed is sensational. Even the small details of the dressing table facing the natural light and the Dyson hairdryer. 5/5 and we will definitely be back!

5* hotel

Great hotel for our 40th wedding celebration as the moment we arrived till we left we were treated very special and was upgraded with great room overseeing London
Went out for the night and when we came back the bed had been turned down which was a pleasant surprise
Only thing that let us down was breakfast in the morning as everything is on order as I had to wait for coffee and a machine where you help yourself would be perfect
Would definitely stay here again as just across the road from Liverpool Street station and location is spot on

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi on arrival the minute we departed the staff were exceptional. Smiling, very polite, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they all had a warm sense of humour too! This will be one a 'go to' London Hotel for us in future. Well positioned just 2 mins walk to Liverpool St Station / tube. The gym, spa and pool is a great option too. The attention to detail is amazing, so many little details. Highly recommend

Stunning Hotel! By far one of the best in London!

The service is insane, the rooms are immaculate!
From the reception to the concierge the service is stunning.
The staff cannot do enough for you!
We regularly come to London we always stay somewhere nice but this is the best place x

Wonderful stay , staff were amazing & helpful & friendly
Would recommend & definitely stay there again
Restaurant was also 5 star both for dinner & breakfast Food & service
Went above & beyond to provide breakfast
After service was finished , Fantastic !
