Great place to stay

The location is amazing, super close to public transport, with loads of cafes, restaurants and pubs around. It made getting around the city really easy, and there was always somewhere nearby to grab a coffee, have a meal or enjoy a drink.
Our stay started off with the super friendly and helpful staff — especially Aleksander the Great! He gave us plenty of advice and tips that really helped make our stay exciting, easy and enjoyable. His recommendations were spot on, and his welcoming attitude made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable, which made coming back after a long day of exploring even better.
We’d happily stay here again!

10/10 affordable London hotel

This is an easy 10/10 review. Check-in: we were so happy after our 9 hour flight when Hermione told us our room was ready for early access. We stayed for 7 nights. The location is excellent, a two minute walk to the tube station. Be sure to book the breakfast - it is spectacular. On our last full day I asked Karina to book us an early morning taxi. Because we were departing before breakfast she asked if we would like three packed breakfasts to take with us. Now that’s service! Highly recommended

Great hotel - great Location
Rooms are great but just a typical city hotel very small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a great variety and selection.
The underground Station is very close to the hotel. It’s just a few stops away from all major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when in London.

Rooms were exceptionally hot! And didn’t have any air conditioning. My family and I have barely slept for 2 nights + the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while for dust to settle in clumps on a fan! However, Front of House staff were very kind and welcoming.

Great hotel. Great location. Great breakfast. Bar closed too early - dead on 11pm. We asked if bar was open at 10.45pm. They said yes but only bottle beer and shorts. Then at 11pm on the dot the bar staff asked us to leave and go sit in reception which was bizarre and not the right environment for having a drink. We took the drinks to our room and drank them there. Apart from this, everything else was excellent.
