A good hotel. I recommend it.
Lovely Hotel. We booked when they had an offer on. Good night's sleep, clean as a whistle, friendly staff. Access to the swimming pool, Spa and Gym (Which we didn't use). And very importantly a good breakfast. We had good views over Twickenham from our 4th floor room. I could not fault this hotel. I really hope that they maintain this standard.

Do Not Stay
I was with my 2 SEN children, we were moved rooms because a bug crawled over my face. The fire alarm went off in the next room at 00:30 and after ringing to find out what was happening I was told it was a false alarm, to stay in my room and they put the phone down when I was talking. This really affected my children and the staff to just brushed it aside like it doesn’t matter. The pool cleaner was very rude. The light didn’t work in the second room so making tea and coffee was hard. The cleaners for the hotel blocked the corridors making it hard to get by. Our door card stopped working 20 minutes before checkout making that difficult. I was told that they would only give me a review card if I gave them 5 stars.

Very good hotel and rooms, shame about the dining experience
The rooms are a good size with big beds. The rooms also have a fridge, which you don't always get at the price I paid for my room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and because this is part of the rugby stadium there is ample parking.
The dark red theme, especially in the gloomy corridors, make the place look more like an S & M dungeon, but maybe it's just a matter of personal taste.
My main grip is with food/dining. The eating area is more like a fast food place than a hotel restaurant, and the menu is limited. There are various things on offer like pizzas etc, but only five proper main courses - and none of them vegetarian. Being a veggie I was very disappointed with that in this day and age. My lunch took a long time to arrive even though the place wasn't busy, and when it did it was barely warm but I was too hungry by then to send it back.
The lobby has aircon but the dining area didn't, at least when I was there, meaning it was hot and stuffy.
There are disabled parking spaces opposite the entrance which I assume belong to the hotel, but they aren't policed and of the numerous cars I saw come and go not one had a blue badge - they were just used by lazy, selfish people for their own convenience. But then, we are talking London!

I’m afraid the room was not up to scratch.
We stayed in a disabled room..
In the bathroom was your usual mirror but not one mirror in the bedroom that made it exceptionally difficult when getting ready for our night out.
Down the side of the bed was filthy!!
Broken glass under the bed!
i felt the carpets where unclean in the corridor. i think it’s surface clean only. very dusty along the skirting and old carpet. Not great
