Excellent home base for exploring London
Extended family of eight stayed seven nights in this impeccably clean and modern apartment. It was an very good home base only a block and a half from a tube station, markets, bakeries and a variety of restaurants. The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. It is located in a very upscale neighborhood of London and has easy access to multiple parks. It was one of the few I could find in London to have on suite bathrooms for each bedroom. Well appointed kitchen and independent thermostats for each part of the apartment.

Excellent apartments cannot fault the service or the staff
We stayed at the Sanctum for just over 3 weeks due to need to go to the London Clinic for daily treatment. The apartment was spotless and was cleaned 3 times a week. The location was excellent as we could walk to the hospital through Regents Park and is right next to St Johns Wood High Street and Underground. You could not fault the service and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments whether you are on holiday or if you are at the hospital for treatment.

Brilliant serviced apartment
Having previously stayed several times in other Sanctum properties we knew that these are an excellent choice for a short break and were looking forward to our first time in the Regents Park property.
We were blown away by how good it is-from simple check in, helpful staff, wonderful quality accommodation, excellent cleanliness and housekeeping, nothing could have been better.
Our room on the 1st floor was handy by the lift and we enjoyed the nice decor and facilities, and excellent aircon!
The location is super convenient-literally 4-5 minutes stroll fromSt Johns Wood tube and round the corner from the park, it was however super quiet-a rarity this close to central London.
What else to say? This will definitely be our "go to" place for every future trip to London. Thanks to all the staff who made our trip perfect

Disappointed
We are currently staying at Sanctum regents park..our stay is for 12 days in a 2 bed deluxe apartment. While the location and property are excellent, the attitude and service has been below average. We are paying a v decent amount but have been told that coffee pods and soap and shampoo will only be provided as the time of arrival. The least we expect of a serviced apartment is that the coffee pods be replaced as used . Given London has rainy weather, there were no umbrellas to borrow . The gym was freezing on all occasions I went as the service door had to be kept open, and we were NOT ALLOWED TO CLOSE THE GYM DOOR, despite it being freezing in the gym. The management and staff need to be a little more accommodating given we staying there are on a holiday and need to make our time there easy, rather than difficult., that too for small things like coffee and shampoos body wash

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We appreciate your comments regarding the standard of the apartment and the excellent location of our property.
On your confirmation which is sent prior to your arrival, it is stated that we provide 'Complimentary toiletries, washing liquid, dishwashing tablets and washing machine tablets on arrival'. This also applies to the limited complimentary food options that we provide, such as coffee pods and water bottles, and this was relayed to you upon your arrival and tour of the apartment that our security conducted with you. We generally do not continue to provide these during the stay, however, having spoken to our team, we have twice provided additional coffee pods for you, as well as additional water bottles on at least one occasion. Given that the information has been relayed to you, either by the e-mail confirmation or in-person upon your arrival, we would say that we have been accommodating by providing you with extras in both instances.
It is also necessary to keep the gym door open for several reasons. The gym door has a lock which automatically locks upon closing, and requires keypad entry to open again. If shut, then this prevents other guests from using the facility, but more importantly if you were to require emergency assistance then this would delay our efforts to reach you.
Given London has rainy weather, it would be advisable to for guests to bring their own umbrellas with them, however we do have a small number that we can provide if necessary. These are subject to availability as other guests will need them as well.
We hope you can understand our position on the above issues, and enjoy the remainder of your stay.

Second time stay. Room was very uncomfortable. The platform bed awkward and dangerous. The closet space unusable; the doors do not open to access the interior. Very poor design of the space. Housekeeping was never on time and arrived so late in the day it was useless and interrupted our stay. Not sufficient shampoo, soap etc. Very disappointed and will not return.
