I stayed here for 1 night. Enjoyable stay very clean and well mannered property. Ideal location with plenty around.

Great location we have stayed here a good few times this time the must of gave us the smallest room was clean and tidy could if done with glasses for water 2 more pillows it wouldn't stop us staying there location for us is spot on staff so nice was just the room so small and you couldn't check in till three o'clock

Was put in the Sapphire hotel itself, top floor quiet room, everything worked, shower excellent and comfy bed. Good value.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was extremely dirty, and the temperature was completely unbearable. We were in London during a heatwave, and it was genuinely hotter inside the room than outside. The temperature was so extreme that it was impossible to sleep or stay there comfortably.
The most concerning part was that we found FIVE credit cards belonging to other people inside our room. Yes, five. Finding multiple bank cards belonging to previous guests was incredibly alarming and made us seriously question the hotel’s cleaning, security and general standards. We stayed for approximately one hour before deciding that we could not stay there. We packed our things and left because the conditions were simply unacceptable. Hotels.com has also tried contacting the hotel regarding our complaint and refund, but according to Hotels.com, the hotel has not responded to their attempts to contact them. I would strongly recommend NOT staying here. The combination of the poor cleanliness, unbearable temperature, and finding five other people’s bank cards in the room was completely unacceptable. We left after just one hour. I would not stay here again, and I strongly advise others to choose somewhere else.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for a week in London. Our room had one double bed and one single bed and was spacious enough for two people. The room was very clean, with enough power outlets and a small fridge that worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, with no interruptions during our stay.
The bed comfort was average but acceptable. The bathroom was quite small, although the shower pressure was good. There was also a fan in the room, which was useful and effective, although it was a little far from the beds.
The main thing to be aware of is that the room is located in the basement. It could get quite warm at night, so we sometimes had to open the window, which meant hearing traffic and police sirens from the street.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also a major advantage: a Tube station is about a 10-minute walk away, Westfield shopping centre is around 15 minutes away, and other public transport options provide easy access to central London.
One unusual point is that check-in takes place at another hotel located further away. This is clearly indicated in the booking information and on a notice at the hotel, but it can be slightly confusing, especially for foreign visitors.
Overall, thanks to a promotional rate, we found the value for money good, and we would happily stay here again for a week in London.
