Great place to stay !

This the second stay in this hotel we have had. Honestly it is really good value for money.
The location is great 5-10
Min walk from Victoria , lots of local enmities.
The hotel is clean and tidy decent sized en suite, what more could you ask for.
We are on the top floor with balcony, which is great.
Keeps you fit going up the stairs.
I would highly recommend this for a few nights stay in London

ORRIBLE

The location of this place is small, like everything else. There are many flights of stairs, the last one being very small. The rooms are very dirty, small, and never cleaned. They change your towels once every three days. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone!!

Terrible - unclean

Great location that is the only good about this hotel. Walked into the room with a window wide open like it isn’t the middle of winter, no working radiator and just a small heater to warm us up. The window don’t have a secure lock onit so anybody could essentially climb onto the small balcony and get into the room.
Mattress definitely needs upgrading aswell as the flat ironed out pillows on the bed. Spare pillows looked chatty without pillow cases so they was given a miss.
The wardrobe was basically falling to pieces along with chewing gum stuck to it which if the cleaners cleaned properly they would have noticed. The light switch was basically hanging out of the wall and the front was in the wardrobe ( I was confused lol )
The walls in this hotel was paper thin, we could actually hear next door plugging their phones into charge
Now we get to the bathroom WOW is all I can say. The cleanest bit was the toilet. The shower and its surroundings was full of limescale and bathroom residue and looked like a piece of bleach hadn’t been seen in there for a year. We chose not to shower as it was cleaner not to lol. The dirt inside the plug of the shower was somewhat disgusting
We paid £250 for this room just because it was New Year’s Eve. They clearly don’t think it’s worth that because try and book it for the same time next year right now and it’s £63
Somewhat disgusting and would definitely NOT recommend anybody stays here

Absolutely not meeting the description.
Let’s start from the reception: practically non-existent! Various subjects (of whom most do not even say hello) follow one another behind an anonymous stained glass window.
The rooms are very dated, with dilapidated furnishings and dirty bathroom and with holes in the walls.
No room cleaning is carried out and towels are spot changed.

Good but not great

My girlfriend and I stayed in room 23. Room that is not located at the main entrance but on a side street always attached to the building.
Room at first impact clean.
The first 2 days pass and we realize the terrible things to see:
1. the apparently clean toilet, had piss under the edge of the tablet (and therefore all yellowed), tells the story of all the customers who have been there and their generations.
2. The wall on the left with the pee splashes that I don't understand how that's possible.
3. Even the yellow wall is visibly intrinsic to urine.
4. Small bathroom, you only have a chance to turn around to choose whether to wash, go to the bathroom or look in the mirror.
5. The shower was clean but the water did not come out well, if you have long hair you have to wet it practically.
6. Under the bed was all the dust accumulated since World War II.
7. We found a big dead insect at the entrance.
Pros: All in all the bed was no bugs or insects, shower clean and no mushrooms. I recommend this hotel only if you are an adult and only need to use it for rest, showers and sleep.
