Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday.

Room was disgustingly dirty and small
Shower was filthy and no hot water
Double bed pushed up against wall so only one side available to get in and out
Woke up this morning covered in bites
Staff not interested in my dissatisfaction
I also paid for delux double room and when I complained was told not a deluxe room but hotel was full.
Best thing that could happen to this disgusting hotel is to be demolished
I wouldn’t even give this girl a rating
I have also just got home and checked my card activity to find out that I have been over charged for my room

Cheap but not cheerful. The bed was fine but the en-suite facilities left a lot to be desired - toilet in a cramped area & the sink directly opposite the small shower.

I especially advise women against this hotel

I had booked for three days, but after one night I already checked out again as it was not safe there. The area is not pleasant in the evening and the hotel itself old and run down. I was aware of this and is therefore not the subject of my evaluation. What was not possible, however, and which is why I would like to warn women in particular to stay there, is the fact that there was a prostitution business there on the third floor. There were constantly some men in the hallway who entered the hotel all day and especially in the evening and at night, waiting their turn. So every stranger had access to the hotel and had to walk past the reception to get up to the third floor. At three o’clock at night, a suitor knocked on my door and wouldn’t stop even with strong defenses and shouting. The whole thing dragged on for about 10 minutes until then the pimps interfered and it stopped after another eternal discussion. I was scared and I wouldn't have known what to do if it had gone on. There are cameras everywhere in the hallways, but the hotel staff didn't come to help either. When I told the hotel staff the next morning, I was told that although they knew about prostitution, they would not support it. Of course, they support it by allowing it and doing nothing about it. When I asked if this would happen all over the hotel, they said no. I wanted to change rooms, but they said another room wouldn't be available until the next day. Due to the events of last night I decided to stay somewhere else because I absolutely could not feel safe there anymore.
